The hotel's dining options were top-notch, offering delicious cuisine with a variety of choices. What truly stood out was the impeccable service - every request was met with a smile and efficiency. The amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return.

We booked hotel golden sands via srinagar tourism during Nov 9/2023. We stayed there for a night. Rooms were spacious and clean. Friendly, accomodating staff willing to help with a smile. During our stay my daughter fell from the cot early morning around 4.30 AM. She was bleeding. There was a manager Mr.Moustaq who assisted us to hospital. It would have been very difficult if he wasn't available that time. Dear moustak bhaiya I was really impressed by your responsiveness towards my kid who was literally bleeding. Thank you so much. The hotel and the staffs were really above expectation because the room floor had blood drops the pillow cover and bath towel had my kids blood stains and there were blood marks on the wall too. While checking out they didn't raise any complaints neither accepted the money we offered for cleaning the room. They waived a bye with a beautiful smile. We can truly vouch that service rendered was on par.I convey my utmost gratitude and thanks to hotel golden sands and the manager Mr.Moustaq.

One of the best hotels in Srinagar. We have stayed here for 3 days and our stay was memorable. The hospitality provided by management and food was amazing. We friends visited many states and stayed in many hotels but the hospitality recieved here was beyond our expectations.

Very nice clean hotel with well mannered and very good staff. Room service and all meals provided by the hotel was excellent. Really recommend the hotel.

A very nice and decent hotel with excellent staff service. Very well behaved staff members.They also packed us breakfast as we have to leave early morning everyday. The only negative point is that there is no ac in any of the rooms.
