Hotel Garima - Hotel in Pune - Pune, India

I booked it through OYO Rooms. The location of the hotel is kind of inside a small lane, and you cannot spot if from the main road. The room was very clean and tidy. Toilet was very clean. The TV and AC worked great. The room service was very prompt. The servants were kind and polite. They provide food service from a nearby restaurant. The bill should be paid in cash, it is not included in the hotel cost. The hotel guy will provide you the menu, you need to tell him your order and he will get it for you. The food was good. A bit drawback was the Wi-Fi internet. It turned out to be very slow for us, and we could not do our work properly. Every else was great! I don't think I should reduce a star for internet quality. The overall stay experience was great.

The hotel is good for the solo travelers. Not recommended for Family as these are small rooms. The Room was clean. Toilet was clean. Bed was OK. Breakfast was served in the room & that was brought from outside. One or two options in the breakfast. Wifi was not working during my stay. Only plus point is location. Located in center of city.

A very good hotel in Pune. Location is excellent. However not easily findable. Rooms are good. Hotel is good. Staff is good.matches the standard of Oyo. Food quality I don't know. Haan. In breakfast u will not have much options. They do serve 2 or 3 items only with coffee or tea in the room. Well we booked the room for 1200 INR. So as per Pune , and location it was worth of money.

We booked here through OYO. Approach to this hotel is through a shanty. The road is blocked with traffic for most part of the day. Very awkwardly designed rooms. Rooms with same tariff are of different sizes and not very clean. Breakfast was served in the room it took a good hour and a half for breakfast to arrive. They do have ample parking but the car lift was inaccessible.

Great rooms, polite personals, delicious food and awesome facilities. Though it might need some maintainance on the shower. But overall it was way beyond expectations. The staff is quite polite. Find the area might be slightly difficult but the place itself quite stands out. Also cost wise they are quite reasonable.

Great place for a short stay. Clean linen, clean bathrooms, polite staff. The only drawback is that they start breakfast only at 8 am. There isn't anything available around the place earlier to that. But this hotel is central to alot of restaurants, shopping and bus terminal. It's a little hard to find a has limited accessibility for a 4 wheeler, so make sure you call the hotel when you get closer.

Worst service. Very inside. Not able to go by auto or any 4 wheeler directly inside. Difficult to find. Rooms are not spacious. Suffocating inside. They may put air freshners!! No complementary break fast provided... but they have charged me 7400rs for 5days..even though 1day before I hv booked still in reception they told to sit for 30min and said there is no rooms available(his name Mr. Santosh I think) totally bad service!!

Budget OYO hotel, with least frills. Hard bed, working AC, decently clean washroom. No packaging water as complimentary in room; 2 bottles with non-sealed caps had water but due to lack of origin, cannot trust and drink.
