Had a perfect experience at this hotel. The place was really beautiful and clean, and located in the very middle of the fort, providing an amazing panorama. The room was very clean as well, spaceous, and very well taken care of. We ate several times at the hotel restaurant where food was really good. The staff was really extremely nice to us, very polite, and they made sure we spent a lovely stay at the hotel. Highly recommended!

This haveli is really as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. Three of us travelled from the US. We loved our stay here! The rooms are large and luxurious. The bathrooms are large, clean, with hot and cold water. The rooms are beautifully decorated with both ceiling fan and AC. The staff were very warm, friendly and service oriented. We could order room service as well as dine at the indoor and outdoor roof top dinning facility. The view from there was breathtaking and the weather was perfect! The things that you may find a tad difficult might be: you cannot drive into the fort (where this haveli is located). So you will need to call the reception of this haveli from the Fort Gaye to come pick you up. They will send their took-took to pick you and your luggage up from one of the Fort gates. So it really is no trouble. The haveli, being a haveli, does not have an elevator. So you will have to climb 3 floors to get to the roof top dining area. Staff will gladly carry your luggage to your room no matter which floor your room might be on. Their free breakfast is delightful and their staff is truly marvelous! I hope you get a chance to enjoy this delightful haveli and this beautiful Fort!

The view and quality of rooms is incredible and the staff are so helpful and friendly. Fantastic location to stay when in jaisalmer. Be warned that there is a little noise from the street at night but this is unavoidable inside the fort.

This hotel is inside the Jaisalmer Fort having a very good city view from its rooms and terrace. My room had a Sun Rise view which was really awesome. The property manager was really helpful and polite, I liked his behaviour. The room size was good with an extra bed provided. But, here are some problems which I faced in this hotel - I understand that this hotel doesn't provide so much luxurious facilities but it lacks some basic services which should be provided. No room service means you can't order your food inside the room, even if you are having a small baby and you are not able to go to the dining area again and again, they won't serve in the room no matter how much you request them. In the morning there was no electricity till 9 AM due to which the water supply was not there in the bathroom, also you can't charge your phone or laptop as back up was not having any socket enabled and even you can't use the electric kettle. The room service boy was very rude and used to give odd answers almost misbehaving with you.
