Overall the hotel is good .. Location is quite far from the Kalimpong main market.. if you want peace and scenic beauty then you can choose this hotel.. you can enjoy kanchanjanga beauty from the hotel balcony . But the room service is worst.
Rooms were small. Experience was disappointing. Staff was good. But we expected better as our tour person promised for luxurious rooms and these rooms are not at all luxurious.

Very good experience, I was here for 2 nights , and got the best room amazing view of kanchanjunga. Food is fresh , tasty. Palash helped us to understand surrounding , kalimpong is beutiful and hotel garden reach is the best place to stay. Good location near Market staff is helpful. Rooms are clean. Spacious. A great place with great ambience with beautiful rooms and decent service. Food was a but rich and okayish. Overall an amazing experience. The only con was the unavailability of phone service,that needs to be fixed.
Kalimpong isn't that big so very few good options are their. When i visited in the month of October there were nobody except us in this hotel. Food was good. Rooms were little stinky due to no use. Bathrooms were not well maintained. In the morning at 5 degree temperature found geyser not working, water kept on dripping whole night. Things like shampoo soap etc were not given unless i asked for it. Lift is not there so ur knees will have to through a tuff test while going for breakfast.
Overall a very pleasant stay at a very convenient location. Service however could be slightly improved. The condition of the bathroom too, could be improved. But the rooms are pretty nice. There is a terrace where you can stand and just enjoy the mountains. Food here is very nice. Overall a nice stay.
