We stayed here as part of trip to Haridwar. Tour and travels company booked this one for us, otherwise I won't have stayed here at the first place. Dirty sheets with visible dirt marks, dirty side table wasn't even cleaned, insects everywhere, termite infested walls. The rooms were stinking, they were dirty and small as well. In terms of service they were responding well, but you can't have another room, the basic thing room was not good. Ac were not working properly and even geysers were having problems. The room location was good, although. We stayed here for 1 night, I won't recommended anyone to stay at this room, unless or until there is no other option. Have a safe and happy journey, enjoy your trip and stay alert. Thank you.

The only good thing about this hotel that it was near the place we had to visit. 1700 rs. gone to waste.
Hi everyone today i booked a room in this hotel and experience was litterly not good First of no intercom service was available , dirty and used sheets are on bed, No active tv pack, Ac was goes off after midnight automatically it was set on 24 temprature and the batteries of remote are missing......overall very pothetic service

Hotel Ganges Park is worst. They served bad food ( 3 din purani bassi khana). No coordination among manager and waiter. Manager is drunk. No kind behaviour No Response for mistakes. No waiters available for attending group. This hotel don't know ethics of hospitality sector. For them a party is much more important than a group of people who are tourist for char dham Yatra. All the waiters are busy in party. Worst hotel ever. If food is spoiled due to any issue. You can make members wait and be kind with them. But this is not the way you serve food like this.
Its worst ever. AC has no remote and fan is too slow.. almost not working, no remedies for mosquitoes, stuff behavior pathetic, cleaning zero, beds not comfortable at all, pillows bedsheets and blankets smells bad as hell, overalls minus ratings. Don't go. Choose dharamshala over this
Good location in front of Ganga (canal) ghat. Walking distance to road and other good restaurants. Average hygiene but accepted at the rate they are providing rooms.
