Hotel private ghat not approachable to elderly persons. To enjoy ghat one has to go down 43 steps. Rooms tariff is high looking to the room. Over all stay reasonable. Rooms not having river view are overpriced. Staff behaviour is good but manager way of talking not professional and appreciable.

Very unhygine food. Plates were having rats foot prints. The food served vessel were having web nets on it. Asked for sandwatch served bread chees. Rooms dirty, bathroom and shower area not comfortable. Had changed room due to moisture smess. Had booked for room with balcony. Had changed to regular room and they did not even refunded difference amount. They are having personal ghat. But not suitable for aged persons Don't look photos and book the rooms. Majoor their are fake reviews done by their own marketing agencies

In the month on April we a family of 8people visited this hotel. Stayed there for 2nights and experienced the following- Rooms were big, spacious, well decorated and well equipped. It has private ghat for bathing. And you can get spectacular view of Ganga ji from room. Now coming to the breakfast part. Food was well made and tasty but they served very less quantity for 8persons though it was included in our room tarrif. We asked some more fruit the person in charge said fruit khatam ho gya, aur nehi milega asked for sandwiches he said aur nehi milega. In every way he was rude and ill behaved. Both the persons in reception was non welcoming. Everyone in that hotel... never smiled. They arranged us a car for sightseeing but with extra charge as we crosse checked with driver. You can definitely spend couple of days there but dont expect good services from them.

Rooms are not properly cleaned. Bathrooms are very small.foods are tasty but they served in less quantity.prices are also high.walls are also damped.

Location is what makes this hotel great. If you get the basement room (2 king beds, suitable for 5) you have a balcony along the Ganga which is beautiful. They also have a rooftop with views of the city. You can easily walk to Har ki Pauri too if you're up for it (2km from hotel) Rooms are average, sheets are clean, the toilets have glass walls with curtains which is a bit of a problem if travelling with family. Food and service is good, the staff is also good and helpful, we had a comfortable stay.

A recommended hotel to stay during Haridwar visit. The hotel is located at the banks of the holy Ganges near har ki paudi. The rooms are well decorated and all the requisite amenities are provided with in the room. The restaurant is well managed, any instruction passed to the staff is well honoured and executed. The food quality is great. The breakfast is good and is offered as per requirement. They have a roof top restaurant facing Ganges so during night you can enjoy food as well as the river. The hotel also has a private space for taking bath in the holy river. Parking facility is not available at the hotel however paid parking is only 100 mtrs far from the hotel.

It's good hotel with all basic . One plus point is , it is attached to Ganga River on back side of Hotel & the view is beautiful to see. You can also view Sunrise from the room. The hotel is very well maintained & very co-operative staff

Good to stay purpose, not a great stay. But not bad. The service boys are too good.
