food was good at affordable prices. Hotel has clean room. Facility to washing machine and drier in common area would have added to the customer appreciation. Recommend to provide these facilities to earn more appreciation. clean room. City centre. Easy access to tourist attractions.
It's very much close to the railway station and bus stop. The rooms are clean and well maintained and toilets have proper hygiene. The staffs are so kind and helpful. The operation manager Mr.Mahendra Negi is so supportive and helpful. The restaurant which is attached to hotel has good food.
Service is ok. The location is good,everything is nearby, Parking, Market etc. E rickshaw available all day and till late night, even early morning, so you can go for Ganga Snan by rickshaw comfortably. Also they have to provide towels in each room.
One of the worst service and fraud people. Manger literally showed us the outer way. Just because we wanted to eat starters and not dinner. Street food vendors have great manners and hygienic compares to this idiot managerwho don't have skill to portray. Pathetic owner. Fraud manager. Do not eat here and do not book rooms here. Total fraudsters.
Located at a prime location. Very close to Haridwar railway station and market. Room was spacious, neat & clean. So as the bathroom. There is a restaurant also at ground floor. So no issues for food. But the room which we got neither TV was working nor geyser. It gets difficult to take bath in such chilled water. We asked them to fix it or change the room. But there was no response. And no toiletries provided except two soap and towels. Service is poor but definitely a budget stay hotel for families and solo travellers.
My child was suffering from pneumonia. I requested the hotel staff to cancel my booking and refund the money but hotel staff deny for that

It is located on the main road near the railway station. The location is absolutely prime and you can get plenty of travel options to go to different tourist places just outside the hotel gate. The staff is nice and accommodating. Rooms are average sized.
