While checking through hotel booking apps and Google,the rooms look so good but when you arrive there is a foul smell in rooms and toilets. The water coming inside the hotel is foul and stinky to the nose and gives burning to the eyes during face wash. Was unable to sleep during night due to bad smell. When informed to staff they informed that water is coming bad from municipality. However upon informing to another hotel 500m away there was no such issues. Overall not good experience.
According to the location, this hotel is situated between the bus stand, railway station and Chittor Fort and the room size of this hotel is very good, cleanliness is also very good, the behavior of the hotel staff is also very good. It is a family hotel. If you come to Chittorgarh then you must enjoy staying in this hotel.
Even one star is not acceptable .manager is so rude he don't have any sense to communicate with costumer.water was dirty.light was not there. They had taken enough money and didn't give any service. Dharmshala is much much better thn this hotel. Worst scenario.manager shout on us when we go for complain.totally bad 0.1 star
An average hotel with decent location. Parking is a problem as it is in very congested area. Restaurant is unhygienic, so avoid taking food there. No complimentary water bottle provided! If you are coming to Chittorgarh for Fort visit like us, then choose hotel near to Fort.
Average hotel... location is fine, except the nearby gutter smells (you will get used to it ) and it's near train station so you don't need alarm clock..No toilet papers (hotels explanation: we get mostly Indian guests ). Parking is a problem (and your car will become pigeon toilet). Prey to God for power in the morning, otherwise take cold shower...
Food was not good and room was oky not upto expectations
the property is located at an ideal location and accessible from the bus stand and railway station. moreover Chittorgarh fort is also close to around 2km. But three stars for the complimentary breakfast which was provided in the CP plan was not up to the mark and was just for the sake of breakfast it was offered. it is not a value for money deal at the hotel. Moreover for extra hours extended stay they charged exorbitantly very high price. it is not expected from hotels in a city like Chittorgarh. Not a value for money deal and a non-professional attitude of the hotel during extended hours stay at the property.For which they charged exorbitantly high price.
Highly recommend Hotel Frontier (They are also called Hotel Fortune), Chittorgarh. The staff is really polite and helpful. Rooms are beautiful and we could see the Chittorgarh Fort wall from our window. Food was really tasty too and we just loved the comfort. 5/5!
