I had a super fine stay. The staff were so warm, polite and welcoming. From the stunning accommodations to the exceptional service, everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. I cannot wait to return for another remarkable stay in the future.
Everything was apt, the food, the service and hospitality everything was perfect. The road infront of the hotel is not good but don't change your decision based on that. This is the best hotel in the city. They even suggested us the places to visit and help us to make the itinerary. They even kept our luggage after check out.
Very poor service. Top management should think to train the department. Upon times I have slept without having food in the hotel. In some cases the service person has spoken disrespectfully. This is the matter of utmost importance. Well my Room no is 205 Mr Sukhwinder Singh Grewal. We came for a business tour.
The food is good but the service is a ted bit slow and usually when their are a lot of customers they tend to mess up the simplest dishes

My first experience staying at the hotel. The rooms, food and ambience are top notch at this price although the road conditions are bad; the narrow parking space at the basement with 90 degree curve will leave your car tainted with scratches.

I've been to this hotel twice, and it's always a nice place. Located in a quiet neighborhood, but easy to get to. Rooms are clean and well cared-for. Linen is always fresh. During power cuts, a genset is always there. And they are not shy to start it

Very clean, comfortable and affordable rooms. We had Benny looking after us and she was very kind to look after every small details to make things easy for us. We met the owners before leaving and they were very good to us as well. Thank you!
The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The amenities were great, especially the room was clean and well-maintained.
The reception guy has no manners. Too much of an attitude. No professionalism. Asked the room service department to clean the room, took the whole day. Showered was not fixed until afternoon which was complained the previous night.
Loved everything about this hotel. Rooms are quite clean and spacious, the facilities good, service first class, location perfect. Unfortunately haven't tried fooding yet but wanna try one day soon. Overall the hotel is very good
