Hotel Elegance Resort - Resort hotel in Moirang - Bishnupur, India

Rooms don't have a/c and no ventilation. No WiFi. Heater was not working (they did provide a bucket of hot water) . TV doesn't have some of the basic channels. Very very basic room. Just too expensive for the location. Over the phone and at the time of check in owner told me the price as 2100, but at the time of billing it became 2184

This hotel is located littlebit outside the main town but u can get local conveyance from Main hate of hotel by waiting for 5-10 minutes. I stayed in Standard Rooms of the Hotel for 2 Nights. The rooms are spacious and having good ambience. Hitel also has Pool but it was not functional. The food is little bit costly and i dont like the taste of Main course, but complimentary breakfast was good. The Room service was quick and hotel staff is well behaved. The hotel is suitable for Group Travelers.

On 12th Sept 2021, six of us went to have lunch, we were welcomed by a steward who kept speaking in english even after repeatedly informing him we all understand and speak meitei language lol... it was very irritating as the steward didn't agreed to speak in local language we all have to finally speak in English this was just frustrating. Secondly he gave us the menu and to my surprise whatever we asked for wasn't available they had very few food items available on that day I mean, I understand its due to pandemic but it would have been very easy and convenient for us if they had printed out a separate menu listing only the available items, it was simply very easy for us to get irate at that point, there after we finally ordered and it took forever to prepare the order, that was it we all decided to pack the order and leave immediately. I feel bad to see such a beautiful set up to provide inadequate service and pathetic food as the food was super oily and not so freshly prepared. Overall it was just a nightmare. PS: if you guys wanna have drinks over there you have to book a small hall paying 3k approx.

Some more variety in food will be much appreciated. Staffs are very nice and friendly. Cleanliness mentionable.

I love the outdoor environment of the hotel and the items we got were also tasty. I really like their mushroom soup and dragon chicken.

Staff is not professional. Room is not cleaned 4-5 days. Dinner supplied only upto 7.30 pm. Our GST not included in bill and so many discussion in this regard.
