It was an amazing experience to stay in this hotel. The service provided by this hotel is of next level. All the staff members were quite supportive and cordial in the approach. The hotel is in prime location having aesthetic and scenic location. The room was decorated very well. There is proper sequence of every thing in the room ranging from laying of chairs, sofas pillows and other things . The washroom is very well cleaned. I was moved by the attitude and approach of the manager of the hotel who was ready to help at every nook and corner and truly exhibited his professional acumen having a sober personality. I will surely look to book this hotel again in future as well. My best of wishes to the entire oteam of this hotel

Small but adequate, clean room. Good mattress and bedding. Good bathroom. Quiet room, no inside or outside noise. Good central location with lots of shopping and eating places on the doorstep. Staff were super helpful and booked me onto the Shimla train, which saved me a lot of pain!! Would recommend without hesitation, great place for the money. Oh, and I'd recommend a visit to the rock garden, not at all what I expected!! And the lake is nice, with food and drink options.

It was under renovation. They should not take the bookings. There is no ventilation in the rooms. Everywhere there are dust. Whole night we were sneezing because of dust. We will be covered in white within minutes. The bathroom lock does not work. The door lock did not work and we had to change room. The ac does not work properly! The lift stopped working. Nothing was in perfect condition. Only good thing was the well behaved staff. They were polite and helpful. They even cleaned our rooms to remove the dust from the bed and walls. The location was good. Done

Ideal location, friendly staff, and excellent service. Rooms are quiet nice and food was also delicious.

No one can beat this hotel in Chandigarh for its location. Located in the city centre. Just renovated rooms, new bed linen, towels , new AC, very neat washroom etc. We were welcomed by the friendly reception staff . The staff made our trip more interesting with their advices & tips about the city ,supermarket ,shops,restaurants bars are within walking distance. Would definetely stay again whenever I get a chance. One of the best budget hotels in Chandigarh. It is pure value for money.
