Hotel D'Inn - Hotel in Puducherry - Pondicherry, India

It is a decent good stay. To reach the hotel roads are narrow. It is beside the bus stop so few buses keep honking , it can be annoying. Got the stay for a reasonable price, it has ample place for car and bike parking which is much required.

The hotel D'Inn reception person is quite rude. I asked him to change the bedsheet because it was very dirty but he started arguing that just now I changed it and said if you have any issues you can go to another hotel. But one uncle whose hotel it is he is quite nice and requested the reception person to bring a new bedsheet. Overall it's fine to stay in this hotel. I went there on a long weekend and that time hotel prices were too much.

Located at a decent locality near the city bus stand. Room was neat and clean but less spacious than expected. Hot water was never provided and was denied when requested for. The tap was broken and I had trouble using the same. The irritating sounds of buses hawnking made it difficult to sleep. Recommend if you're looking for a budget stay

The behaviour of manager was polite but the staff there are. Started fighting with me for tip to clean the room. I just can't understand where on earth hotels charge extra for room services( room cleaning, water). The AC's where working good but the remote wasn't.it was not worth it. I booked the stay after seeing it a 3 star hotel but it was just like a lodge.Even the complimentary breakfast for which they charged Rs. 250/- per meal extra was not worth it.Would recommend this hotel in worst case to anyone.

It says 3 star hotel, but the floor and pipes are leaking. Service phone is not working. Have to go on your self to get some services if you want. Location is good near bus stand.

We have booked AC room. Room is small but we have all the amenities. But for hot water we need to call reception and he will bring it. Hotel will provide the bike for rent on daily basis. Overall a comfortable stay but rooms would have been little big. The location is also good. Near to all major locations in pondy As a family. It looked safe here.

First, the manager never pick the call before and while the stay.it was a deluxe double bed ac room but there's no geyser or hot water facility in the bathroom, it was not clean, n water never drain out, it stays as the floor is lower than the drain hole.there's a water leak in the Room ceiling near ac, and same condition all over the ceiling of the bathroom.i had to get ready for an important interview in the early morning. So i asked hot water but the manager , said there's no hot water but i can arrange if u call morning. But he didn't answer my call in morning, so i went to the reception from the third floor where i stayed but he was not there. The room boy said he has gone already and there's no hot water facility. It has to repaired. When we were taking a big rat was running between us. It was a horrible stay.

I recommend you to take only the AC room. Non ac rooms are not good. This hotel will provide a bike so Before taking the bike check the condition .
