Bad rooms with ugly toilets and torn bedsheets. The conditions of the rooms are just opposite to what one sees in the website gallery. The staffs are horrible and indecent . Food served here is good but the dinning room is totally shabby with broken chairs. During cooking the hotel entrance is totally suffocated with smoke and strong smell of cooking as the kitchen is adjacent to the reception. i would say its not a hotel but a lodge. Moreover this hotel doesn't have a power back up system and you are provided with. candle and match stick.. Dont waste your holidays to stay in this hotel.
One of the poorest hotel I have ever stayed in my life, my trip of Andaman was on last week of March2019. I stayed there for one night, every thing is bad, AC not working, no water in bathroom, food is stale, bad smell coming out from food and cost is very high. Poorest part of this hotel is bathroom, water logging, broken fittings are the main significance of the bathroom. No power backup, one candle is also given for use during load shedding. Hopeless condition, AC of my friends room is not working, ultimately he was shifted to another hotel at 10 pm. Please think twice before check-in in this hotel.
This hotel was a total nightmare!!! It was filthy and disgusting!! The manager and staff were drunk and fought all night creating a ruckus, disturbing all the guests. The hotel was run by goons, thugs and thieves always extorting money from the guests. A hotel fit for dogs not for humans. All out of date ACs and TVs which don't even work. The pictures given in the website were all stolen from other hotels. Worst experience!! Ruined the whole ambience of our trip!!
This hotel does not match the description as given in the website. We stayed in room 513. No hot water facilities. Washrooms are the worst. No proper plumbing system. Dirty water flows back into the room. Extremely poor room service. Also hotel is half under construction. I would not recommend this hotel for stay
An average hotel with average service. Rooms are not so clean and the bed sheets are so so. The bathroom is the worst place of the room. Water was logging within 2 minutes of using it. One has to wait for another 5 minutes to drain out the water. Use for 02 minutes and wait for 05 minutes - this is the system one has to follow in the bathroom. On complain the manager told that he will call the plumber. Other hotel boy informed me that this is going on for last three months. This is the only hotel I have seen where there is no generator or power back up system. We have to remain in dark for two hours at night and two hours in the noon. A horrible experience in a terrible condition being too hot then. In this case also the manager told that he will call the mechanic to restore the generator. Information was received that he tells these words to every customer but the generator is lying faulty for last six months. Food in the restaurant is average and tea is horrible. We changed the hotel after a day being too much satisfied (!!!).
Great hotel in a Portblair location. Absolutely faultless from the moment you arrive to the time you, sadly, have to leave. Staff so friendly and helpful. Great buffet for breakfast. Excellent facilities. Wouldn't have changed anything.

The hotel condition is worst. Room service is worst. Tv ac all are of old model and not properly working. Avoid this hotel for stay. I would give zero star if there is an option to do that
