It was my second time in this hotel and all I can say, its probably the finest in Jagdalpur. Excellent clean rooms, cordial staffs and very good service. Uninterrupted fast wifi (though some rooms have connectivity issues). The restaurant serves lip smacking vegetarian food. The buffet breakfast spread is well laid out, but sometimes they tend to repeat the same menu everyday. The hotel is centrally located which makes convenient to access from the train station or airport and other places. Keep up the good work. CON: Electric Kettle with tea, coffee amenities are absent and should be provided in all rooms (only present in suite rooms). Kindly do look into this. It's necessity nowadays.
Food is good, but the service in the restaurant is extremely poor, they are not providing quarter plate, spoons even after recurrent demand. They're not giving water even though your glass is empty. Total staff in the restaurant are very slow, lethargy. Prepration time they take, more than 15 minutes.
Bathroom floor is always swami due to water leakage from basin. Could not be solved.
Excellent service. Rooms are also well maintained. Breakfast served here is delicious.

Visited on vacation. Rooms are enough for 2 people. However, beds given can be larger. This is an old establishment in market area. No facility of food here. Coffee and tea may be available on demand. Overall okay for one night stay.
