Hotel Delite Grand impressed us in every way! Impeccable service, luxurious rooms, and delicious dining options. The staff's attention to detail and warmth made our stay exceptional. Highly recommend for a memorable and comfortable stay.

On the 9th October 2023, following their signboard of restaurant, we went for lunch. It was the biggest mistake of my life. The food was worst with bad taste. There was no other customer except me and my wife. The food was not edible. We came out with a despair. Never, never it will be suggested to go to their restaurant. The people are so desparate that they charge Rs 40 for 1 liter water bottle. But as per various rulings of Consumer court, it is an offence to charge more on the printed price.

Very nice and helpful staff. The hotel itself is neat and clean. The rooms had neat and clean linen. No booze served so you have to carry your own.

Nice hotel. Spacious rooms with good amenities, spacious washrooms. Rooms are clean and well maintained. There are small issues due to the age of the construction but it's a place worth considering for short stays. I did face issue with the Wi-Fi of intermittent loss of internet. But as most of us have mobile data these days they shouldn't be an issue. May be they would have fixed it should I had raised it to them.

Room is specious. Service is good. Staff and management are cooperative and polite. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay.

Rooms are spacious and hotel is good. Staff and management are very co operative, professional and polite. It's just at a walking distance from the jabalpur railway station. It's good to stay here with family. Food is also good.

when I visited the hotel, I wondered that, what a magnificent piece of services and architecture this hotel had, although the rooms had that vintage look, I had was it's hospitality services, the food was so good and that too at a very fast service. Very very nice feeling. Wonderful stay....with homely atmosphere. The reception desk was too good to help us. Would recommend people with family to stay. Mr Prashant was very nice to help was over phone and in person.Hotel property is excilent. Food is fabulous. Hotel management is franckly and supportive with us. All thing are very fine manage with us. We also suggest others to go there. The hotel is best located in the city and is quite neat and clean and following Covid 19 protocol. The restaurant is also quite good and good quality food is served. The hotel staff is very very cooperative and pleasing in behaviour, particularly the Front Office Staff, namely Mr. Prashant Choubey (FOE) and Mr. Matish (G.M.) and Vishwajeet Sen (F&B Manager).

Really bad experience given by the reception ( Mr. Chakradhar - the receptionist ). He was not listening me at all and you was continuously arguing with me and was also trying to indulge into fight. Even the food quality is also worst. So I don't recommend this hotel to anybody. Find some another hotels in jabalpur for your stay.
