The main thing we need to do while hiking in the mountains is to see the scenery from the hotel, which is the perfect view from this hotel. Perfect location, for view of mountains and Gangtok city on the other side, There is a common space on third floor attached to an open balcony. Rooms are spacious. Staff is very supportive and helpful to their guests, excellent hospitality, food and ambience. & especially thanks to Mr. SIBASISH DHAR the owner of HOTEL DE VILLA His friendly behavior is so good that it is unimaginable......
This post is regarding the false statements and claims made by yash motors Disha Khandelwal. This family stayed in the property during my stay there, which were the only annoying elements in the property. They had two rooms but were treating the hotel staff as if they had bought the whole property. Property standards and room tariff was clearly over their budget. As it seems from the confrontation at the time of check-out, they did not want to pay the bill which they had agreed to pay at the time of check-in. They used foul language with the lady at the reception as well as with the manager, resulting of which manager politely asked them to pay whatever they can pay and rest he paid from his pocket. None of the hotel deserves a guests like them. The only sour point was interacting with the family. I along with my wife had a pleasant stay. Rooms are very comfortable with majestic view. Staff is excellent, food is delicious and Manager is super helping, he arranged each and every thing we asked for. A big thumbs up from my side. keep up the good work Majestic Team. :)
