Nice clean rooms, located amidst the hustle and bustle of Sakshi. Really good for get-togethers and small events. Will recommend it if you are hosting an event for under 100 people, food is great as well.

Well can't say about the restaurant but we had a small anniversary party at their banquet hall. Chicken Tikka was not the best but yes it was okay. Aalo chat was . It tasted different and was having very unique flavor. Rest all the other servings were not that much good So overall if only their food at banquet is considered that it's above 3.5 but below 4.

I would say this is a decent hotel. The staff is very friendly and supportive. The location is excellent since the hotel is walking distance away from Jubilee Park, a heaven for runners/walkers. Rooms are okay, typically that old time rooms with two separate beds made for double occupancy only. The breakfast is just okay.

Halted the night over (Aug 2023). Decent place, good and polite staff behavior. Good menu spread. They have a Bar on the premises. Car park is on the pavement opposite taken care by them.

We have been regular visitors in their Restaurant but recently we had a very bad experience. On this Saptami (Navratri) we went for dinner and discovered they have a new dosa counter. we ordered dosa along with our dinner and they said they will give dosa inside the restaurant with other ordered items. When we asked for a bill then they charged Service Tax and extra amount for dosa. when we asked why they have charged extra amount for dosa then they said they have served it inside the restaurant. and for service tax they misbehaved with us. Their Manager St. Joseph or St. Xavier (I don't remember the name. he started shouting on us as if he will start physical fight. I must want to warn the owner of this hotel that nowdays there are a lot of restaurants in Jamshedpur so such behaviour will just ruin your business and someday you will be left with nothing but your ego. hospitality industry basics must be taught to your rude staffs. Pathetic behaviour it was.

Excellent Hotel... Superrb value for. Money... Terrific locations.. Morning breakfast served by Dinesh and his supervisor... Makes you feel welcome. Full marks to management. One peculiar thing is that for this budget it is unusual to find such high quality toiletries and dental sets. Many big hotels tend to save costs in such matters. Brilliant hotel... Recommended strongly.

Visited in 2016. It was a nice hotel. They have Friendly staff, well maintained conditions and cleanliness in the rooms. The location is in a very crowded place. No garden space or greenery surrounding the area. We mostly sit in the lounge area in free time. The decorations were very good inside the hotel. Overall it was a good experience.

Nice hotel in Jamsedhpur. Located on the main road and easily accessible from all areas. Paid pickup and drop facilities provided from Ranchi Airport and Jamsedhpur railway station. Courteous and well trained staff. Rooms are well equipped with all modern amenities. Food is good and tasty
