Location is near to Tourist centre and 4 to 5 km from main Dal gate. All staff members are good. TV was not in running state . My suggestion is that not book this hotel in prior just go and pay. Overall it's good at price of 1600 per Day
The following reasons make me give zero stars for this hotel 1. Very congested room. The hotel claims it to be a 3 star hotel. First of all I want to know if they have any idea about star rating. 2. The wardrobe is very shabby. You don't feel like putting your clean clothes because it has never been dusted from inside. I had to spread a newspaper. 3. The sorest point is there is NO POWER SUPPLY BACK UP in any rooms in case of power supply failure or power cut. I am sure the hotel is trying to save their generator diesel by not switching on the generator. They cooked a story that main power supply is always there. Very well maintained rooms with extremely friendly and nice staff. Food from their kitchen was good enough too. On making a request to extend our stay further, although they were booked completely, they managed to find another really good accommodation for us very close to their's. They made our stay with them a pleasant and peaceful one. The location is perfect as well! I would definitely recommend.
My aged parents stayed at this hotel for 3 days and they really had a good experience. Hailing from Tamil Nadu they had language problems and knew only English. Mr. Shakeel coordinated so well and was very helpful throughout their stay. My dad felt really comfortable asking him any sort of help and this really made their trip memorable. Thanks to Mr. Shakeel's kindness. He was always available for any kind of queries:)
The rooms are nice and warm,and you get 24*7 hot water and the location and the surrounding is amazing. The stuff was so helpful and humble especially Ashik .
Just loved the ambience of the hotel.. food is really awesome.. rooms are spacious and maintained cleanly.. prices are reasonable and staff's are so kind.
