HOTEL CRESCENT - Hotel in Srinagar - Srinagar, India

Had a great experience at this place. Owner of the hotel helped us through checkin process post TPA booking glitch. Room was neat and clean with all necessary items. Had a nice lake view from the room and during checkout when we had to catch the flight, the owner helped us with the drop and we got our flight on time even after checking out bit late. Overall it was a pleasant stay and the owner was very cooperative and helpful throughout the stay at Crescent. Must visit this place!

We 5 friends had stayed here for two nights. The host is very hospitable. He helped us a lot with our stuff about eating, travelling in Srinagar. Rooms were great with water bottles; even had the tea and coffee. Although their taste could have been better but thats the brands taste. The location was good. It was like moving in an old city that you had been staying since many years.

Best place I stayed in india so far ! Excellent location by the lake. The place is so quiet you wouldn't believe you are just 5 minutes away from Dal Gate (taxi stand and bus station). The best part of this hotel, though, is the extreme kindness of Mustak, the always smiling owner who will give great tips about travelling around Kashmir and will always make sure you feel comfortable. Strong recommendation.

I am writing this review on behalf of my father Bhushan Lal Bhat who stayed at this hotel recently. ------------------------------------ Hotel Crescent is at a decent view point of Dal Lake Srinagar. I had an opportunity to stay for a full week in this Hotel with my family last month. The rooms were excellent & clean, we experienced a very comfortable stay and the staff was amazing and cooperative too. They went over and beyond to help make our stay comfortable & enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kashmir. This is the perfect hotel for a weekend Stay. The view of Shankaracharya Temple with scenic beauty was awesome from the windows of our room. The owner offers everything you need like meals, breakfast, etc., if you don't feel like venturing out. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely send my friends there next time . I would recommend 5 Star rating for this Hotel . Bhushan Bhat Delhi

Right on the edge of Dal Lake, this hotel is very priced very well and offers great rooms. The owner is very courteous and helpful and gave us a very good walkthrough on everything we'll need during our stay. We also got help for sightseeing and Shikara ride at Dal Lake from the owner. Overall, it was a very comfortable 2 days of stay at this hotel.

A five star wouldn't be enough to judge this property. Actually I never felt I was away from home. I am describing my experience. 1. The owner Mr. Sameer yusuf is a polite and friendly guy. He always helped us and also stood with us when one of our mates got injured. He himself and his family never left us alone and always were with us until we checked out. 2. The delicious home cooked food was mouth watering. 3. Location was prime. You can see the dal lake and shikara activities from your window. 4. The room was clean. Power backup was there for Srinagar's frequent power cut. They provided us electric katle with tea and coffee Sachets. I am a frequent traveller and never seen a property with those golden hearted people. Thank you a lot. See you soon.

Awesome Stay,Safe and Secure place to place. Room was awesome and spacious. We totally loved the stay in King Room. All the mentioned Complimentary Aminities were present on the Coffee table there. Tidy washroom with Al the toiletries. We really loved the stay there. It's located in a perfect tourist location.

Worst hotel we have been in our Kashmir-Ladakh trip. Worst value and worst location. You have to walk for a long time to reach the main road, an alternative is to take boat which is also expensive. Behaviour of the owner is very rude.
