Best budget hotel . With a great view . Very supportive staff . excellent stay . Value for money. But reason I gave 4 stars is that they charge extra 50-100 rs as we chech out 1 hr late and extra 100 rs For safety of luggage. Overall a good experience

Owner is good,but it doesn't at all justify the unhygenic conditions of the rooms. No house keeping. Cob web, cockroches, insects and dust all around, feels like you are in amazon forest. Sanitaries are broken. No at all a good place to stay. Needs a lot of improvement.
