Starting from booking till vacating the hotel the hospitality by the Manager Ezhumalai and Staffs was just unbelievable.They were very humble and helpful. Must try if you're looking for best hotel in Thiruvannamalai. Very Clean and Hygiene Rooms, Good Service, Well Maintained Hotel. They had all the regular amenities, TV, air conditioning, room service on call. Very good and safe move for family members if any one new definitely can book these hotel without hesitation. Beautiful hotel in a crowded tourist place. Well maintained. Maps is a bit confusing at the end since there is a diversion due to road construction. The staff helped us even when it was a late night checking.the rooms were clean. The size is small but well maintained. They have dryer! Toiletries are provided. TV. There is no restaurant but the housekeeping gets u whatever u need. Very close to the temple, 2min walk. Had good darshan and also took an auto ride for girivalam. Loved the place and the staff are also very good.
Value for money, though the room was smallish. Good service. They arranged us auto for quick girivalam, and a good cab for Thirukovilur trip, both at reasonable fare. I would recommend this any time
Good hotel if you want to walk to annamalaiyar temple. Having a open car parking in neighbouring street. Cost wise good. Better make a call with hotel reception before coming with car since this street is very congested at peak hours. Over all I would prefer this once again.
If there is less than 1 star I would appreciate give. We booked room and confirmed the booking. While we were on the way, we got call saying room booking cancelled. How could they cancel suddenly. I had small kid and aged parents too. Worst experience v faced with this hotel. Never ever prefer this
Great location and clean and noise free rooms. Very good staff. Overall great places. There are few points to improve. Drivers do not have proper accommodation and parking is few buildings away and not convenient although their security is helpful.
Hotel is close to East Gopuram of the temple, which is the main entry. Excellent food is available at a near by Restuarant Kanna. Rooms are too small, and some hot water issues. Otherwise, everything is fine.
