This was one of the best experiences we had, the hotel staff was extremely generous, they even accommodated our pet dog and made every effort to make sure our stay was comfortable. Would certainly recommend to anyone visiting Leh.
We stayed in classic hotel ladakh from 17/5 to 23/5-2023.our stay was pleasant and wonderful. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are neat and clean and offer a nice view of the mountains. It's not very far from the Leh market also.The food they served was also good. It was delicious and all indian dishes. If you are looking for a hotel with decent features and nice family atmosphere then go for Classic Ladakh.

There are few things which I'll mention in our 3Nights stay in this hotel.
1.)On day 1 of our arrival, we were welcomed with a very warm hospitality by hotel staff & it gave us a good first impression. They were ready to host any query or Requirements whether it may be of food or any other things. we were happy to choose this hotel.
But not anymore, 2nd & 3rd day gradually services started declining specially food.
2.)Unlike day one when Owner Mr. Ashok assured us to ask anything we would like to have in dinner/breakfast, they stepped down to fixed and repeated menu every day without asking choice. When asked about choice, they simply rejected that this is only what you can have & cannot provide as per our choice. This was in contrary with the service they showed up on the very first day.(I personally feel food is an important part of any Holiday)
3.)The Property looks good with nice lawn overlooking snow clad peaks and we'll sized rooms. But they don't have any Electric blanket/heater as compared to what we get in Other hotels. But yes regular hot water supply is there.
4.)The half km. approach road is Bumpy & muddy & Hotel People has nothing in their hand to sort this issue as stated by them , "Its under govt. deptt. so we can't do anything"
5.)Overall a budget stay, Behaviour of staff is good & service is prompt. will recommend for budget customers only.
Stayed here for almost a week. The staff was really courteous and prompt in their service. Room was very clean and food was good as well. Market only a 15 min walk from the hotel.
