My experience with this hotel was as good as I imagined. There was a gentleman at the reception. He was also very supportive. The best thing about this hotel is that it is located at the best location. Because when you search for hotels in Chandigarh, it shows either Zirakpur location or Village hotels. That can take you a long way. Let's talk about the room, it was very clear to see the room but I saw some small problems which can also be ignored. You may have to struggle a lot with the speed of WiFi, which can become a really big problem if you have to do any official work. The curtains, which probably had not been cleaned for a long time, from which the dust could be clearly seen flying. The another problem was with the electric switch, which was not on the right side, if you want to charge your laptop or phone, then you should Go left side. I didn't see any major problem. Now let's talk about good things: You will get to see all the necessary amenities in the room like TV, Fridge, One, Laptop table, Chairs, Kettle. which are very useful. I liked the food here the best of all the hotels I have stayed in so far. This hotel has no Competition in Taste. That is why if you are planning a trip with a couple or with family, then you can enjoy the services of this hotel.

I was travelling from Manali to Chandigarh and booked a room in this hotel for 6 hours through Bag2bag app. Early morning after reaching hotel came to know that booking has been cancelled and the guy at the reception was so arrogant. He clearly told they don't take bookings less than Rs3500/- per day and he acted as if he didn't have any clue about the booking I made. After sometime he mentioned that they have a room available for Rs2000/- and by then I made my mind that I will not stay at a place were guys with such arrogance and unprofessional behaviour around. They wasted my time and energy. Money is not everything, there is something called hospitality.

They charged me 2400 for the night. The room was not up to the mark It was not clean. The bedsheet had stains. There was no way to control the ac Tv was defected. Service is not upto the mark. They charge high and their service is not good !

Overall experience for the stay was good. Easy accessibility, individual ac etc. Though the coffee/tea sachets were missing, fridge box was empty and the rooms could have been a little more cleaner. Overall i expected a little more at this price point. But with the loction advantage, in absence of other good options, one can opt for this one.

The stay is totally worth money. The staff is good. What i didn't like is breakfast timings. They provide it till 9 clk only. This should be changed. Earlier i was getting hair dryer and electric iron into the hotel but it's no longer available. The reason is, people stole those things. Management can do something about this. Also, there should be half prices if you come at midnight. Food is okay. And rooms are too good and huge. Bathrooms are clean and have shower kit, combs, shower caps ready. Rooms are really worth the expenses. And the hotel is best in class in whole area.

Went to tis hotel for a friend's sister wedding ceremony. The place is excessively loud and the lobby is small. Parking space is hardly available outside the hotel. The rooms are very spacious . They food was a bit bland or boring as I would call it. Their service was good and professional. The place is a little underlit
