HOTEL CITYCLUB - Hotel in Chinsurah - Hooghly, India

Not worthy of the price they charge. Ill behaved hotel staffs. Nepal, one of the hotel staff has bad mouth and have a very bad behavior. Suggest not to go or book their banquet hall ever. They will not provide everything they promise and will mess up 1 day before the event.

Extra Horrible Food. Hopeless staff's don't even bother to note any instructions related to food. When asked to make food less spicy they will purposely make it more spicy. Whatever you instruct them get ready to have back the opposite. Too bad quality service. Highly disappointed with the restaurant staff attitude and carelessness towards taking any instruction. Please note they will not provide you extra gravy and rudely say what ever is normally given they will only give it. I know we are not paying extra for the extra gravy, but one day when i told them i ready to pay extra for a particular dish gravy they still won't! Horrible and Rude behavior.

I visited Hotel City Club Restaurant. It is located at a prime location. Ambience of this restaurant is good. Luminous lighting make the atmosphere so adorable. Playing Soft music is appropriate with this kind of atmosphere. When I visited, it's not crowded. But their have large dining area. So crowde can be manageable. Come to the Food. I ordered 1) Murg Tikka Lababdar 2)Butter Nun Nun are very soft and large.decent amount of butter with it. Hot nuns are served. Lababdar is one of my favourite dishes. They make it absolutely beautiful. Creamy texture and redish colour make it appropriate. Extra ,they served capcicum with this gravy. It's good enough. I Enjoyed beautiful Moments with great Food. *GST are applicable on the Food.

The owner did not give the decorations we ordered 2 months before the booking date. At midnight before the event day, he asked the decoration vendor to contact us and the vendor told us that the city club owner (Nepal) did not inform him of the right decoration design requirements in advance. At night, Nepal did not receive our calls and left it on us to solve the matter. He asked us to pay all the money upfront and then pulled off this fiasco. On top of that, he is arrogant and unwilling to accept his mistake. Even 1 star is too much for his "professionalism".

Amazing food to try.. taste quality is amazing, quantity is ok, but more is good

I have visited here multiple times and experience every time is pretty average. The ambiance is good and the place is spacious as well. Unless it's a big occasion like durga puja, there's not much waiting time. The food is average and nothing special. During birthday celebrations they allow sparkles which is good. A good place for a family / friends gathering.
