Room is quiet good and clean.room service is also good and it is situated in market. The main problem we face there is of parking there is no parking for our vehicle as we know jammu is critical place so we need a safe place to park our vehicle.1st floor rooms are best as the view from the window of that room is awesome.it is the room in affordable price.the morning breakfast that was complementary in hostel on behalf of Oyo was very costly and not so good that we ate only as to fulfill our utility.overall review for hotel can concluded as best rooms for stay with a costly food without parking
Its one of the oldest hotels. Oyo rooms have been now shut down and operated by the hotel itself. First the hotel has lazy staff. They take 15 mins to start generator at times of power cuts. Third floor has dry bathrooms and water is only available when they start motor. Had bad experience. Rooms are not clean even
Lovely Hotel in jammu I stay for 3 days there, good staff. The great thing in book this hotel from oyo they provide you great discounts. Your pocket friendly rooms. I stay very economically. Not paid high prices. Lovely thing is morning Breakfast, they give 4 options to you for breakfast.whatever you want from 4 you can choose. Thank you for your hospitality.
Worst ever hotel because of below points: 1. Power back up only for a bulb and fan. Out of 5 power sockets, none will work with power back up. 2. Frequent power outage in this area. 3. Towels have holes and not hygenic to use 4. TV with very few channels and that does not work in case of power backup. 5. In case of power back up, wifi will be off. I will not recommand this hotel at all.
OYO or other online booking portal should be aware that, this hotel doesn't have its own kitchen n they get the food from near by dhabas. So they shouldn't provide the option of breakfast/lunch/dinner ordering while booking. Food they served was pathetic. Hotel itself nbrooms were good, but food was on the lower side.
Nice and friendly staff. They have 2 types of rooms. Old and newly built. I always prefer to stay in this hotel. Raghunath Mandir is 10 minutes walk.
Service is not as good as they promise
The place is close to the Gurudwara, the raghunath temple and the peer baba dargah.. the hotel has some good rooms spacious and ventilated, good room service.. Not a Luxurious hotel though.
