STAY WAS GOOD FOOD QUALITY IS GREAT. ONLY GLITCH WAS 1 . Deluxe Room should mention NonAC . Also in picture its showing Ac in amenities Ac was not mentioned. Staff behaviour is good . When asked for Mineral Water only one bottle provided for 2 adults on asking why one the lady who seems bit rude sometimes sitting at reception said abhi mere paas 1 hi hai .a bit unprofessional.That lady should be removed or a gentleman needs to be placed at reception.else all staff behaviour is good Hotel connectivity is at centre and its at walking distance from Solan Railway station Room provided next day was better ventilated Great customer service by Goibibo Team Thank You

One of the worst stay experiences. Rooms have a pungent smell. Washroom wasn't clean. Paying a good amount of money for the lower than average stay. Had "Margo" soaps in washroom . Cleanliness was not to be found in the hotel. Starting from the lifts till the room. Charges for a normal water bottle is 30. The lady on reception was not at all polite and screemed while the guests were upfront. Stay AWAY!!!

It's a mid level hotel with parking and a terrace Rooms are ok with AC. Food is fresh and tasty

It was a marriage ceremony when I visited this place .. it's a luxurious hotel and marriage palace no doubt the washrooms were clean & they have rooftop arty areas . & Location is prime near district court.

***Using a different email id but the experience is real*** We stayed in room 111 and wanted to 'thank' staff for introducing us with such a 'pandora box'. Earlier they gave us a different room but TV wasn't working in that so we thought room 111 would be fine. As we entered, we were told that AC will take time in cooling and 'luckily' it took...whole night...but 'unluckily'...didn't cool the room at all. But this doesn't mean that staff didn't do anything! Total 4 employees interacted for this AC issue and all they did was changing the remote settings and assuring us to wait for 'sometime'. We believed them...and waited until we checked-out next day! One more thing...saw a new setting...tap of washbasin gave hot water with 'blue dot' side and normal water with 'red dot' side! Such a ground-breaking approach...opposite to the norms of other hotels. Additionally...a magic happened at night! Refrigerator 'looked' working until we slept and was off in the morning! Next morning, after charging INR 3000, staff said that they don't have a complain/suggestion register where we can write our issues and owners can look into it. This forced me to write a review here with an impression that staff doesn't conveys the existing issues to the decision makers. Note: If you want such a magical experience...we insist you to choose room 111 but I can't comment the same for other rooms. They may be better.

I can't give a single star. Family should not be required to stay in this hotel. Price is 2700/- & cleaning, hot water, service, food are not good. I request to every body, pl don't stay here.

The staff is so uneducated that they can open the door without your consent no matter if you may not be wearing clothes. This happened with me on the second day of my stay and has now become the most horrible experience I've ever had at a hotel in my life.
