Hotel City Centre - Hotel in Haridwar - Haridwar, India

This place is pathetic not at all safe n secure. The staff at reception are fully drunk at night. The rooms are so shady and bathroom looks like a roadside common toilet. Not at al worth for the money you are paying. No service nothing. Every now n then they control the AC Geyser from reception inspite of giving access in the room. Every now n then u have to call them to switch it on. This place is exactly opposite to Haridwar Railway Station apart from location nothing is nice in this place. They dont even give u basic toiletries no soap no towels. They deserve zero rating.

The worst hotel. Never stay here if you're in Haridwar. The staff is rude with customers & especially with women. They stalk women who stay in hotel & even talk rudely. Fans don't work neither does AC. Washroom is like gutter. Gutter staff, gutter manager. Not safe for women & children. Even bedsheets, blanket & pillow covers were not clean.

Really bad. Noisy and rooms are not clean, shabby, pathetic toilets and even bedsheet and blanket are not cleaned. Unhygienic.

Who in their right mind would give this hotel 3star rating is beyond my understanding. Ive never stayed in a hotel as bad as this one. The blankets and sheets stink. The washroom has molds in every corner. The rooms were not cleaned, we had to complain and ask them to clean again in front of us and they themselves were in disbelief that the room was so dirty. The people working their are either ignorant or pretending to be one. The food was absolutely trash. Kindly don't try their food if you wanna fall sick or upset your stomach. I gotta glance at their kitchen for a minute and it looked more like garbage storage than a kitchen. This place is scam. I really wish I had taken pictures of everything. But i honestly just wanted to leave from there asap.

Most dirty hotel with inflated rates I have ever stayed in. Moreover rate list displayed in hotel was tricky made with removable alphabets and figures.

Lacks safety but good location right opposite to Haridwar railway station There are no working fire extinguishers on any of the floors. When I plugged in my gadget, the circuit-breaker also failed and sparked a fire. Fortunately, the guest in the next room helped us in putting out the fire. It might have been a tragedy if a fire broke out in a broad area without any safety precautions from the hotel employees, who would then blame the guests.

Located right outside haridwar railway station, we stumbled upon this place while looking to rest for 3 hours before catching our trek bus to joshimath. Compared to other hotels and guesthouses around, we found this cleaner (no cockroaches) though the bedding/quilts were a little smelly. It was a small packed room with less ventilation and a damp vibe. Fortunately, the ac was working perfectly fine. Washroom was clean and non-smelly (important). The hallways were narrow and it might get noisier with thin walls. They didn't have breakfast but we wouldn't have preferred to eat/drink at this place. Don't expect parking, internet or any toiletries. I assume such hotels are meant for quick checkouts and there is no point expecting too much from the property. Overall, this was the only place with ac that agreed to lent us a room for few hours early in the morning for Rs 500. And we are thankful for that.
