3 star from outside, 0 star from inside. AC rooms doesn't have working AC, the washroom has very less water and dirty also. Mostly rooms looks like old rooms. The hotel staff is also rude and not friendly. They may treat you very well while check-in, but they add unnecessary extra charges when you check out.
FRAUD ALERT!! They are one of the scammers in Haridwar. They will promise you something while checking in and checkout they will just tell you different pricing. Please do not fall into the trap of Auto drivers as they are the main commission agents of these Fraudsters. Rooms are also not cleaned. Further they will sugarcoat you and once you got the room they will talk to you arrogantly.
Worst staying experience at this hotel, cleanliness is not their tradition, derty rooms, bedsheet and pillow cover. Washroom was even more worst, hygiene is not at all their concern.

Hotel looks good from outside but Inside room it's very dirty AC wasn't working at all even if AC room is purchased. Bathroom was also dirty. Wifi range was not coming in the room.
Family trip. We had 3 rooms. 1 was good. 1 was ok. 1 was bad - shabby, things broken, no wifi range. As if they are not at all bothered about maintaining it. Good location - opposite railway station & nearby market areas and enough food options. Staff - few good few weird.
