The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown (L). 02. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn't wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. 03. I had a wonderful experience at the (HN). Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues! 04. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Please (HN) give your staff awards! 05. Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out a couple galleries, and have drinks. It was great. Service top notch as always. Bed comfort can not be beat. 06. This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in (L). The downtown area on Main Street is a best kept secret and the (HN) offers everything you need if you don't feel like venturing out. 07. The best hotel I've ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service. Also, they are one of few hotels that allow people under 21 to book a reservation. 08. I have stayed at dozen of hotels in (L). This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much. 09. Excellent property and very convenient to USC activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm. 10. Overall, I had a great experience with the (HN); staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend.

The main advantage of this hotel is it is just opposite to egmore junction.. Rooms are avarage. The rooms smells a bit like the one which is locked for few days... However, after opening the windows for sometime it becomes normal.. The management could place room fresheners like air pockets to improve the feel.. However, lighting is good inside the room for the price range. Good for group of friends to stay

Neat and worthy for the rent given . Lift available, bed and ac were comfortable. Cleanliness in the room was maintained by hotel . According to the budget it is amazing

Spacious rooms. Allowed an early check in as I was leaving early on the same day. Just opposite of the Egmore Railway station. Good location. Mosquitoes and bugs need to be addressed. Having a mosquito net at ventilation and windows can solve it. Bathroom can be a bit more neater. Front office can be a little more friendly. Looks grumpy Very responsible price.I was on transit. I need 5 hours day stay. Good location for transit. Reasonably prised.Allowed early check in with our extra payment.

I book this hotel for 2 nights with breakfast and dinner. I stay with my family and 2 small kids under 5 years . I do check In @5 pm approx.When I go for dinner in the evening @8:30 pm then at reception staff told that you had allowed only 450/- for you all four members and after 450/- you pay extra you eat and you have to pay 18% GST also. Then I said that staff that I want to talk with your manager then I go to the manager cabin and before I visited to manager his staff gives all information regarding conversation at reception. Then manager rudely response me that my staff is right and you had to pay GST also every time you eat extra.

Just opposite of the Egmore Railway station. On the main road.Stayed during transit. Gave me an early check in as I was leaving the same day. Reasonable price. Spacious rooms. Being an old property the hygiene is average. Good restaurant. Staff can be better.

Worst experience ever i have it don't have good room services and it is not worth for the cost really really worst hotel

Hotel is just opposite to Egmore railway station just above Hotchips and before Vasantha Bavan. I was alloted room no 404 in 4th floor . the room was good with clean toilet. I and my family were happy with there services and room. I booked with breakfast they gave coupon for mini tiffen in Hotchips it was also good . staffs and GM was very adjustable I got held up outside and had to reach late . they were kind enough to adjust the timing and also they charged me a nominal amount which was also minimum. thanks for your service . while check out had a small miscommunication between staff and me for extention amount the same was adjusted to my request by the GM and the front desk staff. thanks a lot guys. i would recommend the hotel for both single and family trips. safe,easy acess to other parts of the greater Chennai,clean toilets 24 hours hot water . good food .both non veg and veg food will be room serviced. rooms were clean .
