visited this hotel 4-5 days back. we were 15 people. Possibly the best staff one can find. they provided us with all the facilities. Thankful

What a beautiful people and amazingly awesome hospitality i recommend this place to everyone who wants to visit Srinagar. Whether it's or food or services and amenities everything is just so perfect Will come again next year Definitely recommend this place to everyone

Pros- Hotel was centrally located. It was big hotel. Staff behaviour was good. Room were okay in space. Cons- Nasty bathroom during checkin. Smelled worst. Room did not have proper exhaust. When discussed with staff they said room were remained closed that's why they stink. Wasted 3 hrs cleaning room and bathroom. Bathroom slippers were full of mud and after cleaning bathroom they left wet footsteps in the room. We stayed 2 nights. They said they will clean the room next day while we are away. So afterwards room were better. But on first day arrival we were tired and had to waste 3 hrs getting rooms cleaned. Even staff agreed that bathroom stinked as it did not have exhaust. Try searching another hotels. There are better available.

I celebrated my daughter's first birthday on 9th June in Kashmir only and the hotel staff supported us a lot. We went to this hotel on our family friends recommendation.. and trust me we were not at all disappointed. The hotel, rooms, staff, food, cab services for different locations everything was "Perfect".. The manager Mr. Wahid is a gentleman.. Nazir Bhai who took us to different locations is also a very kind person.. Each staff member was very humble and made us feel comfortable.. they took very good care of my daughter as well.. one should stay in Hotel Center Point, it is not luxurious but it makes you feel like home which is most important.

Stayed with the group in this hotel thrice, Rooms are good, service also too good. Food is a spread of dishes veg & Non-veg excellent, front of Lady Ms Humaira very kind & soft spoken eveready to help you. Definitely will go again.
