Very disappointing. Don't go for this hotel.
Service manager provided room at night, said hot water will be available from 6am, but although central geyser machine was malfunctioning, hotel didn't have heating rods. We had to wait for 1 hour. Teenagers were trying to handle the situation. They said manager comes at 11am and won't be even available on phone till 8 30 am.
If unfortunate medical emergency arises , guests are on there own. Those kids have no idea, expertise and authority to handle any different situation.
Had good experience. Rooms are available for 1200 Rs and so. Shady place but there are no bed bugs found in the room. They may take advance of 1000Rs for 24 hour check out. Morning upto 9 am hot water avilable. The room I booked is with Western toilet and Teri bed. It's single room with TV/non working. Next to this girl there is a restaurant in which we can get good South Indian breakfast.
It was ok... The hotel is road touch in dharwad city... Stayed for few hours while traveling... Uncle at reception was helpful... Room was ok but could have been cleaner... Lift is a bit conjested... Parking is available but limited, outside on road... Overall service was ok...
Very good service. Nearby brt stops. There own terrace rest. Can stay with family also. Reasonable rates.
It's a good place to dien and launge, it's just opposite to kittel college and walkable distance from court circle, it's kinna okay play to try once
Value for money stay in center of Dharwad, good for people doing Mumbai to banglore. Rooms were clean and spacious but the interiors paints were worn out. Food quality is also good, you also get a safe parking for two wheelers inside the basement. The only negative of this hotel is sound proofing or insulation, as this place is in the middle of city lot or sounds creep in the room which is disturbing when you try to take a nap at afternoon, only after 11pm things get better.
Located in the prime location of the city...rooms are spacious and fairly ventilated
Though it looks not so cool from outside but it has good parking area also the staff was co-operative with good hospitality

Super Rooms. This is a good place when we travel and they have facilities to dry clothes. The cleanliness is mind blowing. Our 2 day stay was a memorable one.
Had been here for breakfast as my friend from Dharwad had recommended this. Absolute best in terms of South Indian food. Tried Idli, vada (both are the best), bonda soup, dosa and puri. All were good, definitely recommend.
It's a Good place. Rooms are clean but locks has to be changed and food is not that bad if you're hungry and ready to have anything. Service is good and polite.
