Our go to place , every time we are in Salem. From front desk to housekeeping every one always has a smile and warmth on their face. Rooms are clean and maintained well. Their breakfast spread is also vast and they give special attention to all their guests . You will love them for their hospitality which I fell is missing in most hotels. This hotel is centrally located so everything is nearby .

One of the worst ever hotel u can ever imagine. The staff have a very rude and unprofessional behaviour. They treat the guest to the core worst. I've stayed in the room in which AC was bot working and we were sweating badly. But when we complaint it to the Manager, he told that the AC was working fine and we dint know it. And he spoke without any decorum and respect to me despite the fact of me being a woman. He also told that i was trying to prove their mistake in order decrease the bill. We raised complaint because we dint get service and confort for which we paid. Its everyone's hard earned money. We were not even speaking anything about the tarrif or bill but he used inappropriate words and told me it was my mistake to choose them in spite of this problem. Its totally unacceptable and distepect for us. If you want to risk ur family's respect, u can stay there. If not. Stay away from them as much as possible. Edited after reply from owner Reply for the owner For ur kind info, I have not refused the tariff for the third day and the first two days, they checked temp and said it was not cooling until 1 pm. That's y we raised complaint and finally shifted the room on third day. Also note that I asked for the manager just to let him know of this issue. But he was so rude and was so unprofessional which is unethical as well. Also I have no grudge on ur hotel to spread rumors. Its not my intention as well. My intention of posting this review was to let other people know what they are going to get if they are planning to stay at ur hotel.

Good rooms but one bed sheet had a small stain on it. So please ensure guests are provided with clean sheets. Overall experience 4/5

We halted only for a day as a stop over to break our long journey and the hotel was a good choice made. Rooms are well equipped, good interiors, clean and well lit bathroom with hot water and toiletries. However two to three things if considered would have got them 5 star rating . One of the them is they need to provide shower gel and not expect guest to do with a small hand soap and the towels should be clean as they had stains and weren't giving a fresh smell . Other than that the gym is not maintained well as the AC was not working though majority don't use the gym but since it was provided by hotel as an added facility they should keep it in working condition. Other than that the TV had only few channels subscribed and most were only free channels so this was just a few reasons disappointing. The breakfast was good with lots of options and their room service food and beverages are also not very expensive and tasted decent. Service and staff are responsive and well behaved. All in all it was a comfortable and pleasant stay .

Booked a room at this hotel through Agoda for 2 days and in the name of offer, it booked one without complimentary breakfast, but still prices were higher! Chose this place, because it had 2 swimming pools in it, but after getting there, got to know that they both are under maintenance, which was extremely disappointing! After negotiations with hotel staff, understanding our concerns they compensated that with complimentary breakfast for one day, which was good customer service! They have got Valet Parking available, however parking space upfront is very limited and only up to 10 cars can be parked at a time. Ambience inside Aroma' multi-cuisine restaurant and lobby was too good. Need to use room entry card for using lifts as well, which could be a discomfort at times especially with kids, probably management can think about addressing this. When booking through Agoda, please ensure to call the hotel before booking and confirm, what is available and what not with that offer. Moreover, Agoda could charge 1233 extra to provide extra bed for any kid more than 13.

Located in the city and easily accessible. Best in class service provided. The complimentary breakfast is great. The reception people were so kind enough with a nice gesture. Worth the money and go for it.

Best hotel in city, with more than 3 decades of hospitality. Best package assured. Enjoy your stay here.

Stay was excellent, food was decent, staff were fantastic but the poori what they provided was very hard and coconut chutney they used was a bit sour ( a taste that comes before food is getting damaged) I guess they used what they made in night for in the morning, if not so then I think they should reduce using hands on chutney!!
