Pros: Decent size rooms n bathrooms. Food is good. Although they have mostly same variety of food. Laundry facility is good. Have cloak room facility. Cons: Location is not so great. Hot water is not so hot most of the time.

It's a decent and safe hotel. The staff is very cordial, kind and helpful. The service was very efficient and fast. From toilet cleaning to food service , each and every service they used to provide in a jiffy . It was my husband's birthday, so wanted to plan a surprise for him. The staff planned things beyond my expectations. They managed a birthday cake and room decoration without my husband getting any idea about it. I was overwhelmed. The location is 10 mins away from main market by road. The food is decent and hygienic. There are many good restaurants at walkable distance from the hotel. Lehvenda cafe opposite to capital city is a must visit in leh. They provide room heaters. View from the room is scenic with snow clad mountains. They have clean decent rooms . There are no lifts or elevators. You have to climb up stairs to get to the room. So if you are acclimatizing, better go slow.

Staying at this hotel is by far the best experience that I have had till date. I along with wife were on a bike tour trip ,Leh Ladakh Trio from Bhubaneswar . The hospitality of the hotel was as such that we were almost staying in a Sweet Home. They have own Vegetables like salad leaves, carrot ..so many . This hotel is a much better option where u can enjoy the beauty of Leh and nature... Thanks to the owner who has so much humblehumble. She gave us some Lettuce and baby carrot on last day which was a priceless Gift and we are glad and touch our heart. Thank You all hotel staff and the Owner too.

Definitely good service. Staff is polite and welcoming. Ready to help. Rooms are decent. Good view of mountains Hot water anytime. Food is also good. Wifi is bit of a problem in few floors but in lobby its fast enough. Location wise its okay, near to leh market. I had a pleasant stay. Overall I highly recommend.

Very good accommodation and food was really yummy. Special mention Amit and Ashish were extremely polite and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place, ample parking space...nice n cozy garden, nie food and moderate price... near to both airport and market ,overall great place to stay in leh.
