The hotel has fine rooms and my room had a lovely view over the tea plantation. I took all my meals in the room because the restaurant area was so loud. The country music didn't really help. We went to munnar with a baby who unfortunately got sick. We had been trying to put her to bed for two hours when, all of the sudden, music started blasting outside our window. Apparently the manager had promised a group to have a party outside our hotel room which of course woke our baby up and really gave us the worst night of her eight month long life. The management didn't really respond but tried pushing us another room that was equally loud. The suggested we should take our sick baby to a different hotel in the middle of the night. This is my tenth trip to India. I have never experienced such arrogance and disinterest of the staff of any hotel before. I hope you don't do the same mistake I did and stay clear.
Partha Pratim Roy & Family(Checked in :21st Oct2023 & Checked out 23rd Oct 2023)_Room No : 305 Excellent stay. We really have out of the world experience during our stay at our hotel. No place of complaint. Highly recommended to everyone . Love to come again in future. Which we should mention that the e quality and verity of items served in breakfast was superb. Prompt service is another plus point. Going forward kindly keep this up. Thanks a lot.
Did not stay here, we only had lunch , but should say the restaurant had very friendly staff. The food tasted fabulous and the restaurant was spotlessly clean.
The place is at a little distance from the main town and sits on the tea museum road . The view from the rooms, is of the hills covered in greenery and will make you calm and uplift your mood. The food served is good and they provide good quality food with better taste. Parking etc. is provided within. Fellow readers will find a good selection of books, displayed in the lounge, for a quiet evening read. Along with this, the place is well maintained and has quite a variety of flowering plants in their garden.
The bathroom was clean and the staff were polite. Room was spacious enough and the location... The BEST location from any of the hotels I visited. Peaceful with tea plantations and hills and a little water canal all visible from your balcony. Although the food was not that good. The varieties were low and taste was not that good.
We went there for lunch. Lunch was just average. Veg fried rice was below average. But the Parathas were really good
This hotel is located just 500m to Munnar. Beautiful hotel with scenic beauty view of tea estates to it's South side. Restaurant is also available inside with above average qualitative food. But very poor in room service. You have call them several times as it seems they have limited staff who engaged with other works. Moreover some rooms do not have proper facilities like fans, plug points, hand water showers not working properly. Even if you complain also they never act quickly.
Hotel C7 has excellent view. Rooms are very comfortable for guests and services are excellent. We recommend all guests going to Munar to stay in this hotel. All the best.

Very nice hotel with a wonderful view over the valley and tea plantations. The restaurant service may be a bit faster, but for the rest everything worked very well. The kind Rajan guided me and my husband for morning trekking and we also enjoyed the
Amazing view, clean rooms, very polite and helpful staff. The gym is small but decent (one multifunction machine, adjustable bench and dumbbells). The food is pretty expensive (buffet was 1000 rupees and a curry was generally 650 rupees for a smalli
The staff were absolutely amazing and made this visit so special. The food is almond all Indian but they helped me choose non- spicy. It was delicious. The views of the mountains and tea fields are breathtaking. The very best are the people who work
Positives- Good food Polite staff Negatives- Pretty much everything else. Location- though it is situated in an accessible location, the approach road is highly damaged. Rooms- very old and poorly maintained. Linens were old and dusty They charged
Lovely little place to have breakfast for 300 rupees after a long hard bus journey with little sleep. Very welcoming staff, allowed us to sit in the lounge and recharge. Breakfast was nice, loved the bhatura.
The room was neat and clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. We stayed one night here. Staff boy carried our luggage and provided quick services.
Great rooms with good views (prefer 3rd and 4th floor) Excellent Food ( cuisines from northern and southern India with veg and non-veg options) Staff is well mannered and courteous

This review is a little late, but I just want to thank Mr. Kuberan for keeping our faith in humanity alive. It was an impromptu road trip to Munnar. My friend and I found Mr. Kuberan 's number on Google. He was crystal clear while sharing the detail
Our hike with Kanthasamy (Samy for short) was absolutely incredible! It began with a light trek through the tea plantation. Samy was so knowledgeable about the teas and the processing of the plants. After we moved further up, passing beautiful views
