Everything about this hotel is great. You can not have a single complaint regarding their service or food. Very beautiful place keeps you connected with nature and luxury too. Staff is very friendly and supportive. I had my wedding in this hotel and I can not thank them enough fir a wonderful experience.
This place is wonderful if you want to experience heritage. There is only 1 hotel mpt sheesh mahal which is like built in real old palace but all other hotels are build after independence. So if you want to experience and enjoy heritage feel this place is for you. From main road you have to come little inside their property , property is amazing, nice garden , open pool and riverside. I recommend river side rooms, feeling and sound of river stream while sipping coffee form balcony is one of its kind. Service is amazing, i would rate them more than 5, you feel royal, they are polite and at every step you will feel they are providing service not just doing stuff to run hotel. Food is amazing too. Room are spacious and bathrooms are good and clean. As its heritage you will feel the same for room.
The location is really good. It's different from other hotels in Orccha. It's near the river and the surroundings are very peaceful and amidst nature. You can enjoy the pool as well. The service is a little slow but the overall experience is good. The one drawback was the lack of a refrigerator in rooms. Apart from that highly recommended
Riverside delux rooms are spacious with view of sunrise in betwa river. Amazing food with royal hospitality.. Beautiful park and swimming pool are the bonus.. Rooms are old ones, but well maintained.. food amazing and service are prompt by courteous staff like vikas in dining hall who takes care of all your requirements in dining hall... Our vacation here are memories to cherish as we came back and stayed here more than once.. Please keep option for water jugs along with plastic bottled water as contribution towards zero single use plastic effort being made by our country to save environment.. Pets are allowed but with price and prior intimation Thank you Amir Khan jee..
Nice heritage hotel cum resort with all required amenities / Betva river just walks away from your room / Magnificent views around the property / Service standards is also very good and meet your requirements / Ramraja Temple just two kilometre from the property /
Location is beautiful but room are not up to the mark. No space for luggage no wardrobe sitting chairs are veri tiny and uncomfortable table was very old and rough edges. Toilet pots were not properly clean.
I recently tried the food and I must say, I was not very happy with my experience. The prices of the food were very high, and the service was not good. Let's start with the prices. The cost of a water bottle, which should normally be around 20 rupees, was a whopping 57 rupees. Other items on the menu were also very expensive. For example, a simple dish like Daal Tadka cost a lot, 299 rupees to be exact. Even a serving of Curd was priced at a high 200 rupees. The food did not match the high prices, and that made me feel disappointed. The service at the hotel was also not good. I felt sad when I saw that some of the staff members were begging for money. This is not something you expect to see in a professional place. The service was very slow too. I had to wait for a long time, about 15 minutes, just to get a tandoori roti. Waiting for so long made me feel frustrated and it made my dining experience boring. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel's food based on my experience. The food was expensive, the service was not good, and the waiting time was too long. I think it's important for hotels to give good value for money and have reasonable prices. The hotel should also take care of their staff and make sure they are professional.

This hotel building is at a great location and is a heritage property. But the hotel staff is not trained to acknowledge the worth of their holding. Maybe the MP tourism should look after their staff better. Could have been a much better experience.

Excellent stay. Tidy and hygienic, with a beautiful green front. The proprietor and his team were very helpful in getting us transport, food and tips for travelling in Orchha. Very close to city bazaars. Good wifi. Highly recommended.
