It was amazing to visit old time friends Amit after 2003 when Hotel was in operation.i stationed Visitig parliamentary committe members there,but after 2014 the hotel is in remaking process but visit to Broadway Edu Hub was exciting and more wondering.A shift from hospitality to future shaping .amazing.
It used to be the best hotel in Srinagar.Stayed here for 6 days with 2 other couples in 1983 & paid Rs 595/ per day for luxury room.Food was delicious with live music .
My Father, who is a Stroke Patient, was staying in Hotel Broadway when the Srinagar was flooded in September 2014. We wish to thank everyone at Hotel Broadway for the great help in safe evacuation of my Father. He is now safely back in Jammu. Our family is eternally grateful for all what you did....Your staff took it to a place where the limit of hospitality ends and greatness begins. R E S P E C T !!!!!
The Place is shut down for renovation after floods. Although they are taking reservations over the phone but when i enquired from the reception, they said that it is not taking reservations due to renovation. Kindly enquire well before going. Over all among the best hotels in town. Everything is near from here (Dal Lake, Residency Road, Lal Chowk, above all TRC - Tourist Reception Centre which is a hub for transport to other parts). Rooms and room service both are awesome.
It's a very nice hotel. The staff is well deciplined. Its really close to the dal lake. The rooms are luxurious and the food is also good.
