"I recently stayed at Hotel Bikalal and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a breathtaking view of the city. and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet was a treat. I would highly recommend Hotel Bikalal to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Hotel is very good but the behaviour of the man at reception was very rude. I inquired about the room price, he told me, room is available in 1800 with GST. I said can I check online if I can get any discount. After 10-15 minutes I didn't find any good prices online. So I decided to book at the same price he gave to me. But he instantly said all rooms in the hotel are booked now. I was shocked with his behavior. It was my first visit and the impression was very bad. Hotel owner should look into this seriously. Is this the hospitality of Bikaner??

Excellent stay at fair price. The best thing is safety and its on the premium location with neat rooms and great food. You will not find this anywhere else in bikaner

The hotel bikalal is situated in nice location. It's service is very nice. And I am not seeing it's rooms so I don't know about that.

I don't recommend this hotel. It is not worth the money. 1. Hotel is located on a very busy circle above a busy sweets shop and restaurant. It can be struggle to find a parking spot in this busy area 2. Hotel furniture is fine, but bedsheets appeared old though were cleaned. Room was not properly cleaned. 3. Though it claims to provide Tea cups, and minimum items to make tea none of these were kept in the room. No hot water kettle 4. Restaurant was even worse. Floors were not cleaned after some birthday function previous night. 5. We had ordered tea which took 25 min to get it. 6. The wall plastering had fallen off in couple of places on the wall inside the room.

Okay okay, foods quality is good but some time staffs are not take care of food quality.

It was good stay with good rooms and service. Hotel is located in good location and rooms are nice with good budget rates. We booked deluxe room that was without windows so in winter it feels good. Owner and staff was good and supportive. Thank you.

I only visited the restaurant, not the hotel so the review is based on that. The ground floor has the sweet shop, ice-cream counter as well as the quick bite options. Seating is available. On the first floor the dining area is located. The decor is nice and they made the seating arrangements in such a way that it gives a sense of privacy yet the space feels open and not claustrophobic. So 4/5 stars for the seating. The food items I ordered weren't the best I have ever tasted but were not the worst either. I would suggest giving it a go and decide for yourself. 3.5/5 stars for the food. Now comes the service. First of all I found that there was a lack of willingness to host their guests. I asked for hand sanitizer, i was told that they don't have any. Which is strange after more than two years of Covid. The waiter wasn't rude or polite, he was JUST there to do what he was supposed to do... Bring food to the table. There was no system of bringing food on trays. A good restaurant working in a dhaba style would be an apt way to describe the service. The restaurant wasn't even crowded at the time of my visit, and that's why the lack of enthusiasm bothered me even more. Then there was an item missing on the bill, which I had to bring to their attention. 3/5 stars for the service. Overall, I might visit this place, once in a while but I don't think this would be my go to place. I hope the owners read this and take this review as a constructive criticism. Good service can leave such a positive overall impact on the customers/ diners.
