We stayed in this hotel for 3 days. I can only tell you about my experience, both good and bad. The moment we checked in, the receptionist said that the room is not available, please wait, but we had made an advance booking a few days ago, then after sometime when we asked again one of the house keeping staff said yes rooms are available, then the receptionist told us that we have messed everything up due to the work pressure please don't mind on another hand we waited for 15 minutes. This is the first thing, the second thing is that the room that is supposed to be given has not been given, on the contrary, the rent they took as same as the rents of good room available. We were forced to take it at that moment. There is no AC remote in the room, lizards in the bathroom, the bathroom was dirty. To say the best, the staffs there are good, they helped us when needed, the housekeeping staffs are also good. Only both receptionists, two should be well behaved and responsible. And last the quality of the food is good.
Jharkhand Govt hotel. Needs lot of development. Rooms are spacious with attached open balcony. AC is there. Situated just on National Highway. Good one for family with friends stay. Room rent and food rate is OK. Ample parking space is there. Staffs are cooperative. No bar facility.
Hotel is running without maintenance. The condition of Bathroom is very poor. During night AC was not working. I suspect that they switch it of externally. I believe that there is better option available in Ghatshila other than this hotel.

Rooms are large and clean. Wide open space in front and back of the rooms. Play ground for kids. Service was very good.

Property Located at a very convenient place adjacent to NH33 Mumbai-Kolkata Highway. people travelling by Road to Jharkhand , MP this is a Budget Hotel. Property of JTDC's. The operators who are managing the hotel The hospitality of the house keeping staff and restaurant staff deserves good appreciation. Good value for money. The restaurant is mediocre but serves healthy and clean food. I was there with group of my friends from 17-19 February 2023. stayed at Room No. 110 and 111.
