It's a beautiful hotel and the staff is very nice. Rooms are big and have nice decor along with a big and clean bathroom. Would recommend balcony rooms. Staff is very polite and quick to respond to any of your needs and as a welcome they gave a whole bowl of fruits. And the view is mesmerizing from the balcony.
Worth referring. Well maintained stand alone building with 4 floors. Cleanliness, hospitality and room service are top notch as per the resources available.

We( myself, wife, my son and my grand daughter ) checked in this hotel on 28 August 23, as the part of the Yathri Travels from Kochi. Everything was fine. Today ( 1Sep 23) we checked out the hotel in the early morning after 4 days stay. Myself and wife was in room no. 101. We got a bitter experience from your front office that we consumed 2 milk chocolate from the room and we informed with the reception for the billing. But they argued me that apart from these chocolates we consumed some drinks from the frige. Actually we surprised, we didn't open the frige. They charged for that, but we didn't give the money. But the receptionist who was in charge of the front office has been collected the money from our guide who is a local person named Raja. So, I recommend the guests you take a photograh of the items kept in the table, in the presence of room boy. Otherwise you will be cheated.

Absolutely pathetic service at the restaurant, no waiters seem keen on attending the diners, we literally had to try grabbing their attention. Below average tandoori preparation, despite of the chef claiming to have over 12 years of cooking experience. Would never recommend.
