The hotel is located about 1 km from railway station . I checked into my room and saw that bedsheets are was not there . The room was not clean and the washroom was not having lock from both sides . You can imagine what happens if the washroom door is open the entire time. The bucket and cup in the washroom looked dirty hence did not even touch them during my 2 day stay. Would request the management to look into these basic issues as they are very important for customer experience.

Very bad hotel in bikaner Waste of money No use of money They can make froud with your laguage and can make extra charge. They are not reliable. They back give you wrong room against your booking Room charges varies accordingly with customer . The behaviour of the staff is really very worst Guys I personally advise you just save your money not to book this hotel

Horrible condition of Room No. 316. No cleaning, dirty bathroom, WC seat cover hanging, floor soiled. No mirror in the bathroom. Room not cleaned after last occupancy. Bedsheets not replaced. Dirty and torn pillow. See photo attached. All Lights not working.

first off, this was the worst experience i have ever had. and let me make this clear, i travel regularly and have never faced such abhorrent conditions ever before. To start with, the quilt covers were dirty upon arrival. after continued requests to change it, it didn't happen. the bedsheets were also dirty but nothing was done about it either. secondly, the hotel smelled terrible. the smell permeated throughout and could not be gotten rid of. the kitchen shared the smell and the source was the terrace, i feel. it wad covered in garbage. coming to the service, it was abysmal. no matter how many times the caretaker was informed of various problems, we could be sure that they would never be taken care of. the tv wasn't working. the telephone didn't have a dial. even water was not provided for hours. the bathroom was so dirty, i could not stand it. water was leaking and the commode was too dirty to describe. i am disgusted by just writing this review. i never wanna relive that experience even in words or memory as i write this. there is no aspect of the hotel that was not disappointing. i had gone there for an exam. sadly, that's the reason why i could not change the hotel. i could never recommend this place ever in good conscience!

Low level service towel bedsheets blanket all were dirty staff is just expert in mis behaving with guest suddenly they told to checkout and doing misbehaving and threating we are owner and can do whatever we want to do

Worst place to book your hotel room. Reception guy is rude, unprofessional. You will never want your family to experience such a pathetic service. They will provide you dirty room and will ask you to use that room.

I will rate this Hotel below average (0 rating.). Won't recommend any one to stay in this hotel. Room was not cleaned, Washroom was in bad condition, No landline phone available in the room for any communication. When ordered tea, after giving so many reminders they serve the tea. After order, dinner was served after half an hour. Bed sheets were stained, Jet pressure pipe was broken, no hot water was available in the washroom. Electrical sockets were not working. Exhaust fan plug was hanging like anything.
