Location wise it is not good. To find out the place for any traveller is very tough, in fact the auto drivers can't find it so easily. Room service staff are good. Food not bad but charges are in slightly the upper side in comparison to the food quality. Bottled water is available only one pays Rs. 30/- per bottle. Cleanliness is good. Rooms are not so good. Bathrooms are spacious, clean and with geysers. TV is well fitted with Tata Sky. One point - they don't clean the rooms everyday if one stays more than one day.

It was a nice experienxe overall staff were nice and area was quite so thats nice.quality of room were average.room service was good too.you will get complimentry breakfast. The one thing i don't like was their pricing for food its good to provide quality and taste but when we talk about basic meals like chawal,daal,bhujiya it should be in budget. Their cost of the rice was Rs110,pricing for bhujiya was Rs100/plate.which made it too costly and chapati was for Rs20 which i don't know why.

Hellish service. Very average rooms, lot of mis management with staff. Not even a proper breakfast. Only thing good was bathroom which was clean. But staff had to be asked Everytime for bringing towels. No dental or shaving kits. The cleaning guy left our room open from morning to evening till we entered it after our day's work. Yet even after calling for manager to come and see us they didn't bother to do so. I was amazed at the unprofessional behavior of manager and staff.

Room Service was good !! Kitchen food was also average !! But the Convenience to the Bus Stand and Railway Station is very poor !! Remember, if you wanted to catch train or bus in night be careful, you won't find OLA, Auto, cabs or any other vehicle. The Hotel people doesn't have cab facility and imfact they won't be able to arrange one for you. If you are not careful then you may miss the Train or Bus !! Rest of the things are good !!

Good place to stay in jamshedpur, staffs are polite and gentle, breakfast was perfect But they should improve their interior of rooms. Interior seems bit oldish as compared to exterior of hotel.

Toilet hand wash not in convenient position. One has to ask call desk to open hot pipe tap kept in their control. Don't provide hand towel nor water soaking foot mat at bath. They provide only limited break fast in room. No buffet. Not worth money. Located near gurudwara a residential area. No other facility shops etc. Nearby. Room is spacious.

The place is okay for a shprt stay. The rooms are small and have only a window and no balconies. Washrooms were very very clean and hygenic. Beds were also comfortable and sheets were properly washed. The lift is small and of the old style and gets stuck sometimes. The housekeeping is crazy bad. It takes a long time for order to come and always cribs about money.
