The access to the place, location, food and ample parking are definitely very good in this hotel. The complimentary buffet was initially denied as I booked through Yatra but upon showing the booking which says that it includes breakfast, it was offered as a complimentary. The breakfast was good with reasonable number of items in the menu. But what disappointed me is the cleanliness in the common area and the room. There were couple of people who were smoking in the common area right next to my room. The interiors are very old with peeled off paints and not so well maintained rooms. They definitely needs to be renovated and this is the only reason which makes me give 3 stars.
The place is very near to arumbakkam metro station. Walkable distance only. Neat room with centralised AC. Early check-in is also available.
Rooms are decent with a double cot and sufficient wardrobe/mirror and an attached bathroom. It's very close to Arumbakkam metro railway Station. In house pantry is also available for immediate requirements. The cons are even though its non smoking area we were able to feel the smoke near our rooms and near lift lobby. The door lock was almost broken. See through this for a better experience.
Rude staff impolite and no manners. Without knocking they barge inside the room . You ask for simple thing like water, it gets delivered after 1.5 hrs that too after 4 reminders. Asked for a cold drink they said the charge is 450 rupees. Please don't waste your money and precious time by staying at this hotel
extremely terrible customer treating from the receptionist. travelled from Cochin to chennai in bus and got reached by 9.30am in the morning. but receptionist restricted entry by telling check in time is 11 'o' clock and you can't check in before that, and if you want you need to pay extra rs 600. and forced us to pay rs 600 for the early check in. he is not even apologize or shows any normal face'. while check out i asked for the bill but they said no bill for extra charge what a terrible behaviour and attitude both from the receptionist and the room service. they don't even bother to attend the call.terrible experience.
Budget hotel . Rooms ok but no coffee / tea preparation arrangement. Only room service for lunch/ dinner etc. But menu covers different type of food and quantity enough for one. Breakfast is basic , south Indian dishes only. Staff are helpaful nature. Overall budget hotel but very good as metro station is just outside.
The hotel is good for short stay. It's very old and rooms look shabby. The toilet is not neat. The bed is not neat and not comfortable. The room service takes lots of time and many items are not available. The hot water supply is not consistent and is very difficult to get the right warmth. The complimentary breakfast is tasty and has many variety items. The location is good. Staff is friendly. Overall it's a bit overpriced.
Water has not been provided when check in the room. Coffee rate is charged Rs 76/- where as quality is not good. Moreover the rates of Tea /Coffee and other Hot drinks are not mentioned in the Menu card kept in the room.
