Overall experience was good. Well behaved staffs and services are quite good but the prices of food as compared to quality and quantity was too much expensive. Just for example: One Chapati charges 25 rupees which can be comes on 2Rs.(Small & Very thin). Same things with others food also . Just need to taken care of it. otherwise it was good.
Rooms R of OK kind. Little old kind of property. Cleanliness is praiseworthy. Floor Service gentlemen-- all of them R with decent behavior. Tasty food( Hot food items R served in seperate casserole --that's really a good gesture) Helpful front desk.

I booked this hotel by yatra and full amount has been paid. Once I reached in hotel they asked me either I booked or not, I said NO, the front desk lady share that their is no room available, once I said I booked hotel by yatra, they said the hotel administration has blocked the online booking and no more options to avail service for booking. It's really very bad experience
Good hotel near to Cuttack railway station. 5-7 minutes walking distance. I stayed in standard AC room, which is small in size but tidy. Service is not as good as expected, slow and attitude of service staff is not customer friendly. Overall good experience considering the tariff.
