Hotel Ashiyana - Hotel in Pune - Pune, India

Horrible management and staff ever seen. Have travelled across the world in multiple cities and hotels ranging from 5 stars to hostels to homestays. But never came across someone as rude as the reception staff at this hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and had booked 3 rooms, both check in and checkout was a unpleasant experience. They did not even allow a late checkin by an hour and charged 1500 extra for extra person who was supposed to stay with us from 2am to 4am. We checked in at 2 am and was supposed to leave by 4 am for a trek. We requested to let an extra person with us to get freshen up with us. Same happened at the time of checkout. We requested for 1 room out of 3 for late checkout by couple of hours and they said they will charge 1500 for that as well. No hot water, washrooms were not clean, bed sheets looked like they were reused from the last guests, water bottles were not sealed, horrible experience overall. Luckily of all the 2 days we booked the stay we were mostly out and did not have to suffer through the rooms and the impolite staff.

firstly, they gave me a very bad room.when i entered the inside room it was full of smoke help. on multiple reminders they came and sprayed perfume.secondly, reception people are little rude.room service is ok ok..they provide two packets of sunsilk 1rs pouch with 2 packets of 3rs medimix soap.sometime their staff only keeps shouting in corridor so noise comes inside.if you are visiting alone and can get this hotel between 1000-1200 its worth else a big no.food served in their hotel is worst, i tried paneer tikka masala and it was very blend and raw, after saying to them it took it back to kitchen and tried to improve but failed.bed was stiff one positive is.. their tea was served hot and good.

Hotel was good and clean..i would say.for us as a couple room was very good. not big ,but big enough .hot water was not available that time so that can be looked at and I found room to be expensive..price can be reduced.

Rooms were clean location is great .it's the service which was lacking..hot water issue was there, landline to call service desk was not working. These are the basic things that you expect in a decent hotel

Very bad experience while check out .rooms are too dirty. Washroom are not clean, very bad smell are coming form the room . We stay here for family trip . But the management and staff are so rude and there is no security .overall horiible experience .not even one star worth it.

For its reasonable price it's absolutely a worth since it's bang on FC road. Though non AC rooms so you can book during rains or winter. Summer little difficult. But that's why price is very reasonable
