Hotel Arya Mahal - Hotel in Bhubaneswar - Khordha, India

Hotel is good and it is near to Bhuvaneshvar Railway Station. Staffs are well disciplined and will always be available whenever you require any service but for certain things one has to call and tell repeteadly. Food are good and tasty. I had non veg food and it was delicious as i had told them that i need less oily they tried to maintained less oil in the non veg dishes. Overall kt was good time spent.

It's not hygienic... Corridors are big mess and the house keeping team are not able to maintain proper cleanliness as well wash rooms look like they belong to a public toilet. They have few rooms which are good and prices are comparatively higher. I am giving 3 starts for the co-operation of the management to change our rooms and give us a better one

For short period of time means 1/2 days max it's good for accommodation, but washroom was not clean as compare to room. 24h chk-in---out time.. Room service was very poor and not customer friendly. RECEPTIONIST DOESN'T PRIORITIES CUSTOMER. Prefer taking food from outside here price is bit higher for 3* hotel.

sorry to say.. it's a out dated hotel.. need lots of improvement.. starting with front office to end room quality and service.. not happy at all .. front desk officer is not fit for his position.. need to learn a lot starting with his manner of behaviour.. front desk person plays an important role in every hotel.. his behaviour will depress u at first entering to the hotel.. I checked in late at around 8pm... he directly said no room vacancy.. at least a honest hotel manager will be knowing that one person is still to come in his hotel on that day.. he would have atleast first ask... if no then no room then fine. also I have seen many more reviews comments on this hotel about quality of service.. still I came here as is in good place for easy communication. in the evening I ask for one extra bed sheet .. they just reply no.. I simply not recommend this hotel.

I will suggest don't take the room in this hotel room it's very dirty no cleanliness, no fan working, all dirty bedsheets I have ask to change the bedsheets and they a taking a charges for 1 night its 800 its so its my personal opinion don't take the room in this Arya Mahal

Place is located close to the railway station. The reception looks good but the rooms are not maintained well. Needs more attention. Reception staff is happy explaining the tariff and collecting money. It's a bit expensive for the quality of the furniture and the cleanliness.

Good well maintained Decent staff On-site travel desk available. Restaurant is also available If you want they will serve food to your room In my view prices are moderate Close to Bhubaneswar railway station. Easy to identify from normal traffic. Ac non ac Deluxe suit rooms are available I am not sure about bath tub Geasur available

It's a pathetic hotel. Rooms smell of cigarettes and liquor. Rooms are untidy, dirty and disgustingly filthy. The TV does not work and the toilets are horrible. Toilets at the railway stations are cleaner than the toilets here. It's a humble request please don't stay in this hostel. It's a sheer waste of your hard earned money.
