At check-in they keep you waiting and don't care much about customers. The room had problem with the AC, then the shower was not working. They were trying to repair it and keep me waiting again for another half hour. Then finally changed the room. Blanket with stains and smells bad. Had to request towel and soap as there was nothing in the room. Didn't get even a bottle of water. Price is very high for this lousy service. Room looked a bit cozy at least.

Our stay last time was very good but this time we did faced issues inspite of doing the booking in advance. They were unable to provide us the reserved room and instead were asking us to pay extra as they upgraded the room. According to me it was very unprofessional behaviour from their side. Apart from that no problems as such. T nagar market is at walking distance of 5-7 mins.

I selected this hotel under compulsion because booking was not possible in any other hotel, all hotels were pre-occupied. But the hotel is not very good in terms of cleanliness and facilities, even the water bottle you have to buy from outside. Bed mattress and pillow were not comfortable for sleeping. Sheets were looking used and unhygienic. Despite all this, the good thing is that unnecessary charges are not levied in this hotel.
A very clean and maintained place to stay in t nagar. Receptionist was kind. According to the room price, they not provided any complementary water bottle. We need to buy on our own.
Decent hotel in prime location. Rooms, toilet and linen were all clean. They definitely need to fix all their ACs. Room service was good. Attached bar is there. Their deluxe rooms are but spacious. Regular rooms are small.
Good location for business travellers and tourist as well...but needs lot of upgradation. AC not working...room interior needs uplift...staff need to be trained and professional. Date 24.08.21 Was given room in ground floor cant recollect room number and was shifted to 1st floor room when i raised the issue.
