Hotel Arjun Inn , Room booking - Lodge in Chennai - Chennai, India

As a regular visitor to Chennai and a regular customer for Arjun Inn for last 2 years, I can vouch for them any day anytime. For me it's easy for commuting as there is connectivity by metro at your door step to Airport, Koyambedu stand, Central station almost everywhere. It's a great value for money hotel and Good service by their staffs. K7 sir and Siva are always very helpful for hassle free checkin and checkout.

This hotel is a few steps away from Ekkatuthangal Metro station. The rooms were ok. They offer a 24 hour stay from check-in time. The bathroom was spacious but did not have a shower. The metro announcements are clearly audible from the bathroom. Had hot water. The mirror was not clean. We had requested for an extra bed since we were a group of 3, and had paid an extra 300 for it (total 1800) but never got it. When we asked, they blamed us for not reminding them and never returned the money we paid for the extra bed They ask for payment in cash and do not accept cards or UPI.

Pathetic Service... I was allotted Room 302 during check in and when I came back from the office in the evening my luggage was removed from my room without my consent and I was provided room 306. Further the Room 306's AC was not at all working and got no help at all. At last I had to check-out. I can understand the AC not working as there can be hardware problems, however they don't take consent and enter your room (not for cleaning) but to do anything what they wish for... I would not recommend anyone if you're concerned about your bags and stuff

I stayed here for one day and the booking was much helped by the hotel people. Overall good one. One kind suggestion I would place will be to use room freshners in the rooms and toilets.

Such a worst hotel and very bad manners of the receptionist. I have not stayed in such a worst hotel. Never ever go to this hotel. Very badddddd..... Bad hospitality... Such a irresponsible receptionist...... Bad customer handling..

it was greatexperience in Arjun inn hotel. Staff is very co operative and friendly behaviour. They maintained cleaniness at room as well as washroom.

I was really touched by their service. The man at the reception was kind and friendly. whenever I had a problem they are so much willing to resolve it for us. A really good experience for me. One day stay costs 1800rs.

They won't allow early check in. In case if we want, they asked us to pay an additional amount which is half of our room booking rate. Room is not good and clean. Eg : 1. There is no outside lock for the bathroom. 2. Last customer used ash trays with cigarate ashes are there which is not cleaned. 3. Floor mat is not cleaned full of dust. And, the management is focusing only on business but not try to satisfy the customer's expectations. Overall, it's a very worst experience with Arjun Inn.
