Visited on vacation. Rooms are enough for 2 people. However, beds given can be larger. This is an old establishment in market area. No facility of food here. Coffee and tea may be available on demand. Overall okay for one night stay.
Budget friendly... We brought it 800/day..4th floor looks neat and recently renovated.

Worst place and worst service.. do not plan to stay here with family..people will make you feel as if they're doing a free favor by giving rooms.. these rooms are not worth even 500rs but their tariffs are sky-high... Better look for other hotels...

Rooms are filled with cockroaches and service is horrible. There is one guy at the reception who is always in his towel and with a disgusting face.. DON'T VISIT THIS PLACE ESPECIALLY WITH FAMILY AS THEY WILL VE DISAPPOINTED
This is very very bad experience in staying here, not in terms of facilities but in terms of staffs behaviour and way of talking, they charge extra money without any reason and then arguing like they are mafia persons.. it is based on my personal experience and my suggestion to all to avoid this hotel, don't go there if you don't want to spoil your trip, like we already did.
Location is good, almost at the centre of the city...as per room condition, rent is high...rooms are not decorated and furnished....bad scent in every room...staffs are good but not friendly enough, they are always in a suspecious mood...bathroom is too small and not clean enough...the main problem is there is no resturant in the hotel...one have to depend on swiggy or Zomato or outside food...In a nutshell, this hotel is average for friends or solo traveller, bt not good enough for family...
