Booked the room over phone and paid INR 1,000 in advance. After check-in I complained about non functioning AC but owner was not even bothered. As per him technician was coming but after waiting for 2 hours and multiple complaints no one came. So I check out. When I asked for refund, owner started arguing and didn't refunded even single penny. I hope he would have got his AC repaired with non refunded money. Please do not visit such frauds. Rude and irresponsible people. Not interested in giving even single star but has to give one because there is no option.
Such an amazing view of Ganga ji with great food at restaurant. So we have breakfast there and must try items- Aloo puri Panner Parthaa Aloo parthaa Choley bhutore

Was there in Christmas holiday. Good view of ganga from room window. Private ghat is the only good thing. No sync among hotel caretaker, owner and booking taker. Maintenance of the hotel is not proper. Food quality is medium.
Great location with extremely courteous staff. I enjoyed my time with my family. Only thing was kitchen was not operational due to xyz reasons but you can get everything just beside hotel. Rooms can be better but at this price it is exceptional. Kudos to team Anand Niketan.
This hotel and its owner doesn't deserve to get a rating of even 1. Everything nice things which they claim on their website is a big time Sham. A nice room, location and so called private ghat are no good if you have to deal with arrogant people with idiotic attitude. I had a booked a room through MakeMy Trip and had received the confirmation. The caretaker of the hotel denied to recognise the booking saying it is not his concern if the vendor didn't send the information to him. I finally had to go to another hotel. Horrible experience!! Please do not consider this place even as your last option.
Very bad treatment. Hotel owners dont know how to treat customers. Hotel owners and staff both will fight and shout at their guests. At the time of checking in they will tell price to be very nominal, at checkout time they will jack up the price and fight with the guests to extort the amount. One word - frauds. All the good reviews you read are posted by the owners themselves.
It was an average stay. Firstly we booked the normal room, which was not upto the mark. Very small. then we upgraded to suite, with Ganga view - which was much better... Also the plus point is that they provide private ghat - but that was also not clean. Food - just ordered a tomato soup - which was good. Amenities - by default - no water bottles and kettle were there. bedsheets and towels were not clean. Parking - There is no parking for this hotel. one has to park in paid parking which is around a KM away.
