Hotel Ambience - Hotel in Gwalior - Gwalior, India

I am Being a regular visitor to the hotel since past few years but had a pathetic experience recently. Earlier I used to make a booking via mmt but they insisted to book directly via call. I had made a booking wherein i had informed in advance that my train will reach by late evening so I will do late checkin but my train got further delayed wherein I was informed by receptionist Mohit that my booked room has been given to some walk-in visitor and I have to either wait or go to some other hotel. After waiting I was given a room which had a dirty washroom without flush when confronted the receptionist mohit started misbehaving. This is how they treat their regular guests who make a booking in advance. I wonder how they behave with the new arrivals Pathetic service and behaviour Very unprofessional Disappointed!!!!

This Hotel is just next to the Railway station with some good stay option. They only negative point is that some of its rooms are towards the main busy road which might keep disturbing you whole nights due the traffic chaos

The location and infrastructure of the hotel is good. But their service is not upto the mark. The A.C. was not working during our two nights stay there.When requested of room change during night ,nobody turned up. The technician came after 1 hour and said that the a.c. won't be working. There was no t.v in the room . The food ( breakfast) was also not good . Overall stay was not comfortable. They tried giving some other room than that we actually booked.

One of the worst ever hotel i came up with. I had booked one rom for 2 nights but all of sudden when i was out of hotel, the management decided to cancel my booking for a wedding party, all my belongings were roughly stuffed in my trolly and kept at reception without my concern.

Services are quite upto the mark in this hotel. I used to have my lunch here and I really like the veg thali also the staff is quite humble and they really serves food very well.

Location is very good. Its very near to gwalior railway station. Rooms are neat and clean.

Probably a hotel which is on a higher range in Gwalior, but it is worth it. We got all the things we asked for. The rooms were squeaky clean. The washrooms were neat and clean. The rooms were very spacious. There is a place to get ready and to keep the luggage which seems small but is a plus point. There are many charging points. The in-house restaurant food is very tasty although a little on the expensive side. The staff at the reception makes your stay easier. Would strongly recommend!

A good and luxurious hotel and just passway of Gwalior junction Railway station and good view.
